We checked 19 Amazon advertising agencies on October 22, 2026. Five publish a management fee. None publish a percentage-of-spend rate. Two publish a minimum ad spend, and we are one of them. This list ranks the twelve worth your call for a $1M to $10M brand, with the fee model, the minimums, the review scores and the software you could use instead.
Short answer
For a brand spending $1,000 to $50,000 a month on Amazon ads, the agencies with a published price are Evolve Media Agency ($995 a month flat up to $10,000 spend, $1,995 up to $50,000), Olifant Digital (from $2,000 a month, full service) and Sequence Commerce (from $900 a month flat). SellerMetrics (from $900 a month, scales by ASIN) and Kenji ROI ($495 or $995 base plus 5% of revenue growth) also publish. My Amazon Guy, Canopy, Ad Advance, Nuanced Media and Envision Horizons are solid but quote only. Below about $1,000 a month in ad spend, no agency fee makes sense; run it yourself from the free PPC strategy guide or use software at $149 to $695 a month.

We loaded the PPC or pricing page of 19 agencies on October 22, 2026, and recorded four things. Is a management fee published? What is the fee model (flat, percentage of spend, hybrid)? What minimum ad spend or revenue do they state? What do Clutch and Trustpilot show? We then ranked for a brand doing $1M to $10M a year on Amazon, which usually means $1,000 to $50,000 a month in ad spend.
The first finding is the one that should change how you shop: not one of the 19 agencies publishes a percentage-of-spend rate, even though "agencies charge 10 to 20% of spend" appears on nearly every roundup that ranks for this search. The percentage exists; it is negotiated on the call. Four of the five agencies that publish a fee publish a flat fee; the fifth, Kenji ROI, publishes a hybrid. Most of the software tools, by contrast, publish spend-tiered prices; Pacvue is the exception.
Evolve $995 and $1,995 a month by spend tier; Olifant from $2,000 a month; Sequence Commerce from $900; SellerMetrics from $900 by ASIN count. The agency earns the same whether you spend more or less.
Kenji ROI: $495 or $995 base plus 5% of revenue growth. It pays the agency for growth, which sounds right until you ask how growth is measured in a seasonal category.
This is the common model at the quote-only agencies. The agency's revenue rises when your budget rises, whether or not your profit does. Ask for the percentage and the floor in writing.
My Amazon Guy publishes an audit from $500 per marketplace and quotes management separately. We charge $995 for an audit and restructure you keep whether or not you continue.
No agency. A $900 fee on $800 of spend is a bad ratio. Run Sponsored Products yourself from the strategy guide, or pay for PPC software instead of an agency at $149 to $279 a month (Teikametrics or Helium 10; Perpetua at $695 is above this budget) and let it handle bids.
Evolve ($995 a month flat; audit and restructure $995 one time), Sequence Commerce (from $900), SellerMetrics (from $900, small catalogs), Kenji ROI if you also need photos and copy.
Evolve PPC Management Plus ($1,995 a month, daily bids), Olifant (from $2,000, full service), Nuanced Media, Ad Advance, My Amazon Guy, Canopy. At this level a quote-only agency's percentage will usually land between $1,000 and $10,000 a month; that is a ballpark estimate from public ranges, not a published rate.
Blue Wheel, Envision Horizons (annual), Ad Advance, Amazon Growth Lab (Clutch $10,000 minimum project), Marketplace Valet (7 to 9 figure brands only). We quote by hours above $50,000 and will tell you if you have outgrown us.
Envision Horizons, Ad Advance, Blue Wheel, SalesDuo and Sequence all list them. Read whether DSP makes sense at your size first; for most $1M brands it does not yet.
Ads buy traffic to the page you have. If click-through or conversion is below category, the first dollar goes to images, A+ and price. That is the specific reason to pick a shop that does both, which is what we do.

What we sell: Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display management priced in hour blocks at $100 an hour, starting with the $995 audit and restructure. Weekly bid, budget and search-term management, a weekly one-page report against profit (TACoS and margin per SKU), monthly call.
We publish this page and we sell PPC management, so read the method section before you take our word for the order. We rank first on the one thing this page is about: we are one of five agencies in 19 that publish a management price, and the only one that publishes all three: a minimum spend, a flat rate and the hours behind it.
PPC Audit + Restructure $995 one time (10 hours). PPC Management $995 a month, up to $10,000 monthly spend (10 hours a month). PPC Management Plus $1,995 a month, up to $50,000 spend (20 hours). Above $50,000 quoted by hours. Minimum ad spend $1,000 a month. Ad spend billed by Amazon to your card, never marked up.

What they sell: Daily PPC management inside a full-service Amazon retainer, scaled to catalog size, with weekly calls and twelve published case studies that show dollar figures.
One of the few agencies with a real starting price and a money-back window. Clutch 5.0 from 21 reviews. One case study shows two different revenue figures on two pages ($192,814 and $172,814), which is the kind of thing to ask about on the call.
Starting at $2,000 a month, scales with catalog size. 60-day money-back guarantee.

What they sell: Sponsored Products, Brands and Display, DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud, streaming TV and TikTok ads, on a flat monthly engagement with no markup on spend.
Tied with SellerMetrics for the lowest published agency floor on this list, Clutch 5.0 from 73 reviews, and a stated "no minimum revenue." Their own site says an agency makes sense above about $20,000 a month in ad spend. Red flag we have to mention: the FAQ on their site still contains unfilled template text (the words "highly rated" and "N verified client reviews" sit in square brackets waiting for real values), and a "$500M+" figure is labeled revenue in one place and ad spend in another.
Engagements start at $900 a month, flat, no markup on spend, no minimum revenue stated.

What they sell: PPC Essential, Growth and Accelerator plans alongside listing photography, video and copy.
The only published hybrid price on the list: a base fee plus 5% of revenue growth, with extra seller accounts at $397 a month and extra marketplaces at $197. The wording "$495 base, or 5% of revenue growth" reads as either-or in one place and base-plus in another; ask which. The footer still says 2025 and the Trustpilot profile has no reviews.
PPC Essential from $495 base plus 5% of revenue growth; Growth and Accelerator from $995. Minimum $1,000 a month ad spend. +$397 a month per extra seller account, +$197 per extra marketplace.

What they sell: PPC management, DSP, audits and KDP ads for emerging brands.
Flat fee that rises with the number of ASINs, three-month minimum then month to month. No review profile found. The site serves a bot-check page to scripts, which does not matter to you but is why some directories show nothing for them.
Fees start from $900 a month for emerging brands and rise with ASIN count. Three-month minimum, then month to month.

Every PPC tool except Pacvue publishes its price, which is more than most agencies manage. The tools are good at bids and bad at deciding what a product is for. If you can set a target ACoS per SKU from your margin, read a search-term report once a week, and decide what to negate, a tool is enough. If nobody in the company will do that every week, hire the person or the agency, and have them run the tool.
Every fee on this page is a bad ratio at that spend. Run a tight Sponsored Products account yourself and come back when the budget justifies a manager.
PPC buys traffic to the page you have. If the main image, bullets, price or reviews are weak, the ads lose before the bid is placed. Fix the page first; our free listing audit tells you whether that is you.
ACoS depends on category, competition, margin and listing. Anyone guaranteeing a number is setting it high enough to be meaningless or planning to cut spend to hit it.
An agency managing to ACoS without your margin per SKU is managing to the wrong number. If you will not share COGS, buy software and manage to TACoS yourself.
Flat-fee plans are weekly management with daily attention during events. Accounts that need a full-time analyst should hire one; we will help you write the job description.
The problem is usually the brief, not the agency. Write the three outcomes you want and the number you will judge them by, then read what $2K, $5K and $10K actually buys.
Flat, percentage, or hybrid, with the number. If the answer is "it depends," ask what it depends on and what the last three similar clients paid.
Only Kenji ROI and Evolve publish one ($1,000). An agency with no floor will take an account it cannot help.
If they do not ask for your cost of goods in the first week, they are managing to the wrong scoreboard.
You should. Campaigns built inside the agency's own account disappear with the agency.
A fee without hours is a fee without a scope. Ask who the person is and how many accounts they carry.
Most agencies run Pacvue, Perpetua, Helium 10 or their own tool. Find out whether the license is in the fee.
Spend, sales, ACoS, TACoS, organic rank on priority terms, and what changed. If the sample report is a dashboard screenshot, ask for the one with the decisions in it.
Month to month (Evolve), three months (SellerMetrics), a year (Envision Horizons), or a 60-day money-back window (Olifant). The longer the lock, the stronger the case they should have to make.
