Amazon PPC Agency Pricing in 2026: What 41 Agencies Actually Publish

Every page that ranks for this question says agencies charge "10% to 20% of ad spend" and names no agency that does. We checked 41 Amazon PPC agencies and 16 software tools on October 22, 2026. Thirteen of the 41 publish a price (twelve a management fee, one only an audit fee), two publish a percentage of spend, and the published flat fees run $499 to $12,000 a month. Here is every number, the math at three spend levels, and who was selling what when they wrote the ranges you have read elsewhere.

Last reviewed October 23, 2026Prices checked October 2026By Ian Smith

Short answer

Published Amazon PPC management fees in October 2026: flat monthly from $499 (Shopkeeper, eStore Factory) through $900 (Sequence Commerce, SellerMetrics), $975 (WebFX, up to $5,000 in spend), $995 (Evolve Media Agency, up to $10,000 in spend; $1,995 up to $50,000), $2,000 (Olifant), $2,500 (Clear Ads) and $5,000 (Lab 916). Only two agencies print a percentage of spend: Clear Ads at 7% (or $2,500, whichever is more) and WebFX at 10% to 15% on its higher tiers. Kenji ROI publishes a hybrid ($495 or $995 base, or 5% of revenue growth). Twenty-eight of 41 quote. Software publishes almost everywhere: Teikametrics $149 a month up to $10,000 in spend (custom tiers above that add 3% of spend over $10,000), Helium 10 Ads $279 (yearly plan) plus 2% of managed spend, Ad Badger $275 to $1,830, Perpetua $695 plus an undisclosed percentage. Amazon itself publishes no average cost per click and charges no fee to use Sponsored ads.

[02] How We Checked

41 Agencies, 16 Tools, One Rule: A Fee Counts Only If It Is on the Agency's Own Page

Disclosure: Evolve Media Agency, which publishes this page, sells this service, and our prices appear in the survey with the others. Every other company's price is that company's own published figure on the date we checked, with the page it came from linked, or a ballpark estimate from public sources, labeled as such. Our prices are exact and come from our pricing page. No company on this page pays us and nothing here is paid placement.

On October 22, 2026, we loaded the PPC service or pricing page of 41 Amazon advertising agencies and the pricing page of 16 PPC software tools. For each agency we recorded the pricing model (flat monthly, percentage of ad spend, percentage of sales, hybrid, hourly, per ASIN), the exact published figure, the minimum ad spend or revenue, setup or audit fees, the contract term and cancellation, and whether ad spend is billed by Amazon or passes through the agency. Where an agency publishes nothing, the entry says quote only and gives the Clutch minimum project size if the agency reports one there. Clutch's hourly bands ($100 to $199 for most) are directory fields the agencies fill in, not fees, and we treat them that way.

Two findings shape the page. First, the "10% to 20% of spend" figure that appears on nearly every roundup is not published by any agency we could find; it is agencies quoting each other. The only two verifiable percentages sit under it (7% at Clear Ads) or straddle it (10% to 15% at WebFX). Second, four agencies contradict themselves across their own pages: AMZ Dudes prices three tiers on a blog post and shows quote-only on its homepage; BuyBoxr publishes $799 and $1,499 plans on a satellite page while its main site sells virtual-assistant plans; Clear Ads says "monthly or 7%" in one place and "7% or a minimum of $2,500" in another; Kenji ROI states a $1,000 minimum on its PPC page and $5,000 on its homepage.

Flat monthly fee, published (nine)

Sequence Commerce from $900; SellerMetrics from $900 (scales by ASIN); eStore Factory $499 / $999 / $1,833 by spend tier on a three-month contract; Shopkeeper from $499 (PPC) and $999 (full agency); Lab 916 from $5,000 (sprint from $1,500); SellerApp from 750 (currency not stated); Olifant from $2,000; BuyBoxr $799 / $1,499 (satellite page only); AMZ Dudes $1,500 / $2,500 / $4,500 (blog only). Ours, $995 and $1,995, is in the table but is not one of the 41.

Flat-or-percentage, published (two)

WebFX: $975 a month up to $5,000 in spend, then the greater of $975 or 15% ($5,001 to $30,000), $4,500 or 12% (to $100,000), $12,000 or 10% above. Clear Ads: from $2,500 a month or 7% of spend; DSP (Amazon's display ad platform) $2,500 plus 10% or $850 plus 8%.

Audit fee only (one)

My Amazon Guy: advertising audit from $500 per marketplace; management unpriced; pricing page returns 404.

Hybrid on revenue, published (one)

Kenji ROI: $495 (Essential) or $995 (Growth) base a month, or 5% of revenue growth; $1,000 minimum ad spend on the PPC page.

Quote only (28)

Canopy and Nuanced Media (pages named /pricing/ with no prices), AmpliSell, SalesDuo, Trivium, eCommerce Nurse, Blue Wheel, Envision Horizons (annual), Ad Advance, Marketplace Valet, Thrive (form bands from $2,500), Amazon Growth Lab, Junglr, AMZ Pathfinder (free audit), Profit Whales, Awesome Dynamic, JumpFly, NUOPTIMA, Emplicit, Seller Interactive, AMZ One Step, SupplyKick, Darkroom, Incrementum, BellaVix, Tinuiti, Logical Position, ALFI.

[03] The Three Models, With Math

Flat, Percentage of Spend, or Hybrid: What Each Costs at $5K, $20K and $50K a Month

The arithmetic below uses published figures only and is labeled as examples. The fee is the agency's; ad spend is billed by Amazon on top at every agency that says how it bills, and two say so explicitly (Evolve, BuyBoxr); Sequence promises no spend markup.

Flat monthly fee

What you payA fixed amount by spend tier. Published: Shopkeeper and eStore Factory from $499; Sequence and SellerMetrics from $900; WebFX $975 (to $5,000 spend); Evolve $995 (to $10,000) and $1,995 (to $50,000); Olifant from $2,000; Lab 916 from $5,000.
At $5,000 spend$499 to $995 at the published floors: 10% to 20% of spend. Evolve $995 (20%). WebFX $975.
At $20,000 spendEvolve $1,995 (10%). eStore Factory $1,833. Olifant from $2,000. Sequence and SellerMetrics scale from $900 by scope or ASIN count.
At $50,000 spendEvolve $1,995 (4%). Lab 916 from $5,000 (10%). Above $50,000 we quote by hours.
Who it fits$1,000 to $50,000 a month in spend, where a flat fee is a falling share of spend as you grow.
Watch forHours. A flat fee buys a fixed amount of attention; ask how many hours and what happens in launch months. Ours is 10 hours a month at $995 and 20 at $1,995, on the page.

Percentage of ad spend

What you payA share of what Amazon bills you, usually with a floor. Published: Clear Ads 7% or $2,500 minimum; WebFX 15% (to $30,000), 12% (to $100,000), 10% above, each with a flat floor. Everyone else negotiates it on the call.
At $5,000 spendClear Ads $2,500 (the floor; 50% of spend). WebFX $975 (its flat tier applies). Negotiated 10% to 20%: $500 to $1,000, usually with a floor; SalesDuo's guide puts it at $1,500 to $2,500.
At $20,000 spendClear Ads $2,500 (floor; 7% would be $1,400). WebFX $3,000 (15%). Negotiated 10% to 20%: $2,000 to $4,000.
At $50,000 spendClear Ads $3,500 (7%). WebFX $6,000 (12%). Negotiated 10% to 20%: $5,000 to $10,000.
Who it fits$50,000 and up, where the percentage buys daily attention from a team and the agency's incentive to grow spend is at least aligned with yours.
Watch forThe incentive. The fee rises when your budget rises, whether or not profit does. Ask what happens to the fee when the right move is to cut spend.

Hybrid and performance

What you payA base plus a share of something. Published: Kenji ROI $495 or $995 a month base, or 5% of revenue growth instead; SellerApp's software plan for agencies, $300 a month plus 0.5% to 2.5% of spend (a tool price, not a management fee). Darkroom describes a market hybrid of an $8,000 to $15,000 base plus 5% to 8%, for $100,000+ spenders.
At $5,000 spendKenji ROI $495 base (10%). SellerApp $300 plus $25 to $125.
At $20,000 spendKenji ROI $495 or $995 base; the 5% of revenue growth option depends on your sales, not your spend. SellerApp $300 plus $100 to $500.
At $50,000 spendSellerApp $300 plus $250 to $1,250. Kenji ROI's base tiers do not change with spend.
Who it fitsBrands that want the agency paid for growth and have a clean baseline to measure it from.
Watch forHow growth is measured in a seasonal category, and whether "revenue growth" includes organic sales the ads did not touch.
Software, for comparison: Teikametrics $149 a month at $5,000 in spend on the annual plan; Essentials stops at $10,000, and the custom-priced tiers above it add 3% of spend over $10,000 (at least $300 at $20,000 and $1,200 at $50,000, on top of an unpublished base). Helium 10 Ads $279 a month on the yearly plan plus 2% of managed spend ($379, $679, $1,279). Ad Badger $275 (to $5,000), $440 (to $25,000), $660 (to $75,000); Scale Insights 1% of spend on its percentage plan ($50, $200, $500). Software does the bid math; it does not decide what a product is for, write negatives from a search-term report, or tell you when to stop. Our AI vs human PPC article covers where the line sits.

Junglr, Marketplace Valet, NUOPTIMA, SupplyKick, ALFIQuote only with a performance or fit framing: Junglr says it has managed accounts from $5,000 a month but targets brands spending from the mid five figures; Marketplace Valet takes 7 to 9 figure brands; NUOPTIMA says "no performance, no pay" without a rate; SupplyKick replaces the fee with a co-op model; ALFI takes 7 and 8 figure brands.
AmpliSell, SalesDuo, Trivium, eCommerce Nurse, AMZ Pathfinder (free audit), Profit Whales, Awesome Dynamic, JumpFly, Emplicit, Seller Interactive, AMZ One Step, Darkroom, Incrementum, Tinuiti, Logical PositionQuote only. JumpFly's pricing URL returns 404; Darkroom publishes market ranges for $5M to $100M brands and not its own fee.
Red flags we hit: stale footers at Shopkeeper (2024), Emplicit (2024) and AMZ One Step (2025); pricing URLs that 404 (My Amazon Guy, JumpFly); pages named pricing with no prices (Canopy, Nuanced Media); and four agencies whose own pages disagree on the fee or the minimum. Our Amazon agency pricing guide covers the fee models across every service, and the ads management page covers what we do for the $995.

Pacvue, Quartile, Intentwise, Trellis, SellozoNot published: Pacvue's pricing page blocks automated requests; Quartile and Intentwise are demo-only; Trellis prices a flat fee by marketplace sales on a call; Sellozo's page does not render without JavaScript.
The percentage pattern: the tools that attach a percentage publish it at 1% (Scale Insights), 2% (Helium 10) or 3% (Teikametrics, Xnurta); Perpetua, Adbrew and BidX attach one and hide it. That is still better disclosure than the agencies manage. The PPC strategy guide covers running the account yourself with any of them.
[06] Where the Ranges Come From

The "10% to 20% of Spend" Claim, Traced to Who Published It and What They Sell

Who published itWhat it says, and the bias
SupplyKick (agency selling a co-op alternative; September and October 2026)"Typically 10 to 20%" of spend; flat $1,500 to $5,000 a month, then $1,500 to $15,000+ in a second post. Both cite an "industry pricing guide" at an agency homepage with no guide on it; one post is dated January 1, 1970. No SupplyKick fee.
Darkroom (agency for $5M to $100M+ brands; September 2026)15% to 30% of spend; flat $5,000 to $30,000 a month; hybrid $8,000 to $15,000 base plus 5% to 8%. Its own table and text disagree on the hybrid total. Enterprise-skewed; no Darkroom fee.
SalesDuo (agency; June 2026)$1,500 to $8,000 a month; 10% to 20% with a $1,500 to $2,500 minimum. Cites Darkroom. No SalesDuo fee.
Helium 10 (software vendor; April 2026)Agencies "typically charge 8 to 15% of ad spend." No data; omits Helium 10's own 2% fee on managed spend.
Levanta (affiliate platform; November 2025)10% to 20% of spend; flat $1,500 to $5,000; "nearly 40% of top sellers use outside agencies," unsourced.
eStore Factory (agency; September 2026)5% to 15% of spend; $300 to $3,750 a month by spend; self-labeled "illustrative pricing examples, not fixed industry rates." The lowest range of any source, matching its own cheap tiers.
AMZ Dudes and beBOLD (agencies; 2026)AMZ Dudes: 10% to 20% of spend, 3% to 10% of revenue, setup $1,000 to $5,000, minimum spend $5,000 to $20,000, exit fees of one to three months; no sources, and its packages contradict its homepage. beBOLD: offshore $500 to $1,000, North American $1,000 to $2,000, premium $3,000+; no data, no own fee.
Clutch PPC pricing guide (directory; September 2026)Average monthly PPC project $7,165 across all channels from client reviews; Amazon Advertising "average agency hourly cost" $25 to $49 with no sample size. Pay-to-feature directory.
Fiverr cost guide (marketplace; August 2026)Hourly $10 to $100; 1 to 5 products $100 to $200 a month; 50+ products $600 to $1,200; full service $600 to $1,500 a month. "Marketplace data," no method.
Amazon Ads (Amazon)"No monthly or upfront fees" for Sponsored ads; "there won't be a set number for the CPC"; budget minimums apply to Amazon's managed services without an amount. No official average CPC exists; any average you read is third-party.
The pattern: four publishers (five posts) repeat 10% to 20%, none cites a survey with a sample size, and every one is an agency or a vendor with an alternative to sell. The two agencies that print a percentage sit at 7% and 10% to 15%. If an agency quotes you 15% on the call, that is their number, not the market's.
[07] Read This Before You Book

When You Should Not Pay Any of These Fees Yet

Your ad spend is under $1,000 a month

The lowest published floors are $499 (Shopkeeper, eStore Factory) and the lowest published minimum spend is $1,000 (Kenji ROI, Evolve). A $499 fee on $800 of spend is 62% of spend. Run Sponsored Products yourself with software at $149 to $275 a month.

The fee is more than 20% of spend and you are under $10,000

At $5,000 in spend, $995 is 20% and $2,500 is 50%. Those ratios only make sense if the agency also fixes the listing or the launch; otherwise buy software and a one-time audit ($199 at Shopkeeper, $500 at My Amazon Guy, $995 with a restructure at Evolve).

The quote is a percentage and nobody will put it in writing

No agency we found publishes its percentage except Clear Ads and WebFX. A percentage that lives only in a proposal is a percentage that can change. Get the number, the floor and the definition of spend on paper.

The listing converts below the category

Every dollar of PPC lands on the page you have. If the main image, bullets, price or reviews are weak, the first dollar belongs to the listing. Ours is a $495 rewrite or a free audit; the agency fee comes after.

Someone bundles the ad spend into the fee

Two agencies here say in writing that spend is billed by Amazon. A fee that "includes media" is where a hidden markup lives. Ask for the Amazon invoice.

You are above $50,000 a month in spend

Then the flat fees on this page, including ours, are too small to buy the attention you need, and the percentage model starts to make sense. Ask Clear Ads, WebFX and the quote-only agencies for the percentage and the team behind it.

[08] On the Call

Six Price Questions to Ask an Amazon PPC Agency

1

What is the fee, and which model is it?

Flat, percentage of spend, percentage of sales, or hybrid. Twelve of 41 publish a management fee; make the rest write it down.

2

If it is a percentage, what is the number, the floor, and what counts as spend?

Sponsored Products only, or DSP too? Gross or net of refunds? The only published answers are 7% (Clear Ads) and 10% to 15% (WebFX).

3

What is the minimum ad spend, and what happens below it?

Kenji ROI and Evolve publish $1,000 a month. An agency with no floor will take an account it cannot help.

4

How many hours a month, and who are they?

A flat fee buys hours. Ours is 10 at $995; most agencies will not say. Ask whose hours and how many accounts they carry.

5

Is ad spend billed by Amazon to my card, or through you?

Through the agency is where markups hide. Evolve and BuyBoxr say Amazon bills it; Sequence promises no markup.

6

What is the term, the notice period, and the setup fee?

Published: eStore Factory three months; SellerMetrics three months then monthly; Lab 916 three months then 30-day rolling; Olifant publishes a 60-day money-back guarantee but no term; Evolve month to month. Most publish nothing.

[10] FAQ

PPC Pricing Questions

How much does an Amazon PPC agency charge in 2026?
Published flat fees run from $499 a month (Shopkeeper, eStore Factory) through $900 (Sequence Commerce, SellerMetrics), $975 (WebFX up to $5,000 in spend), $995 (Evolve up to $10,000; $1,995 up to $50,000), $2,000 (Olifant), $2,500 (Clear Ads) and $5,000 (Lab 916) to $12,000 (WebFX Enterprise). Twenty-eight of the 41 agencies we checked quote; their Clutch minimums run $1,000 to $10,000.
What percentage of ad spend do Amazon PPC agencies charge?
Only two publish one: Clear Ads at 7% of spend (or $2,500 a month, whichever is more) and WebFX at 15%, 12% and 10% on its higher tiers (or a flat floor, whichever is greater). The "10% to 20%" figure repeated across pricing guides is published by agencies and vendors quoting each other, not by any agency's own rate card. Negotiated percentages usually come with a floor; SalesDuo's guide puts it at $1,500 to $2,500 a month.
Is a flat fee or a percentage of spend better?
Under about $50,000 a month in spend, a flat fee is a falling share of spend as you grow and does not reward the agency for raising your budget. Above $50,000, a percentage buys a team's daily attention and the flat fees on this page are too small for the work. At $20,000 in spend the published spend-tiered flat fees are $1,499 to $2,000 (BuyBoxr, eStore Factory, Evolve, Olifant) and the percentage options are $2,500 to $3,000 (Clear Ads floor, WebFX at 15%).
What does Amazon PPC software cost?
Teikametrics $149 a month on the annual plan up to $10,000 in spend (custom tiers above that add 3% of spend over $10,000); Helium 10 Ads $279 a month on the yearly plan plus 2% of managed spend; Ad Badger $275 to $1,830 by spend tier; Perpetua $695 plus an undisclosed percentage; Scale Insights $78 to $688 by ASIN count or 1% of spend; Xnurta from $750 or 3%. Pacvue, Quartile and Intentwise do not publish.
Does Amazon charge a fee to use Sponsored Products?
No. Amazon Ads says there are no monthly or upfront fees for Sponsored ads; you pay per click at auction prices, and Amazon publishes no average cost per click. Every "average CPC" figure online is from a third party. Amazon's managed services carry budget minimums that Amazon does not state publicly.
What is the minimum ad spend to hire an Amazon PPC agency?
Published: $1,000 a month at Kenji ROI (its PPC page; the homepage says $5,000) and at Evolve Media Agency. Junglr has managed accounts from $5,000 a month but targets the mid five figures; Sequence Commerce says an agency makes sense above $20,000 in spend while taking engagements from $900. Below $1,000 a month, the fee exceeds any reasonable share of spend; use software.
What does Evolve Media Agency charge for Amazon PPC?
A one-time PPC Audit and Restructure at $995 (10 hours), then management at $995 a month for up to $10,000 in monthly spend (10 hours) or $1,995 a month for up to $50,000 (20 hours), quoted by hours above that. Minimum ad spend $1,000 a month. Ad spend is billed by Amazon to your card, never marked up. Month to month, 100% upfront.
Why do pricing guides give such different ranges?
Because each is written by someone selling the alternative: an agency with a co-op model says 10% to 20%, an enterprise agency says 15% to 30%, a cheap agency says 5% to 15%, a software vendor says 8% to 15% and leaves out its own 2% fee. None cites a survey with a sample size, and none names an agency's actual rate card. The thirteen published fees on this page are the only verifiable market data.
What should a PPC management fee include?
Campaign structure, weekly search-term work (adding the terms that convert, blocking the ones that waste money), bid and budget management, a report that says what changed and why, and a named person with a stated number of hours. Software (the agency's or yours) does the daily bid math. If the fee does not state hours or the person, you are buying a logo.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
Published: eStore Factory requires a three-month contract on every tier; SellerMetrics three months then monthly; Lab 916 three months then 30-day rolling; Envision Horizons describes an annual partnership; WebFX charges setup only on its store-launch product, not PPC; Evolve is month to month; Olifant publishes no term but adds a 60-day money-back guarantee. Audit fees: Shopkeeper from $199, My Amazon Guy from $500 per marketplace, Evolve $995 including the restructure.
