An Amazon brand management agency runs the whole Amazon channel for a brand, or a large part of it: listings, ads, account health, inventory signals, content and reporting. Some call it full account management or full-service management. If you want the plain definition first, our guide to what an Amazon brand manager does covers it.
To make this list, an agency had to sell ongoing Amazon management (not only photos or only PPC) on its own website. For each one we recorded four things: whether it prints a monthly price, any minimum or contract term it states, what it says the work includes, and where it says it is located. We did not request quotes, read third-party reviews into the facts, or repeat results the agencies claim about their clients.
Each agency gets one label. Published, checked Oct 27, 2026 means a dollar figure for ongoing management appears on a page the agency runs. Quote only means we found no management price on the pages we opened, so you learn the fee on a sales call. Quote only is not a criticism. Many good agencies price that way because scope varies so much.
Olifant Digital, Eva Commerce, SellerPlex, Lab 916 and Marknology. You can see a starting number before the first call.
Evolve Media Agency. Smaller team, monthly hour blocks with a stated hourly rate.
Canopy Management, My Amazon Guy and Trivium Group. Established teams that price after an audit or a call.
Agencies are listed inside their group in no particular order of quality. Read the fit line under each one and the contract terms before the price.
Published, checked Oct 27, 2026. Its Amazon brand management page lists full brand management at a $2,000 a month starting price, custom by scope. The page says that tier covers Brand Registry and IP enforcement, unauthorized seller monitoring, Brand Store design, daily PPC management, SEO and listing work across the catalog, account health, weekly strategy calls with a Slack channel, and a dedicated team. Its pricing page says the fee is a monthly retainer, not a percentage of ad spend, that contracts are month to month, and that new clients get a 60-day money-back guarantee on management fees. Offices listed: Grand Island, New York; Santa Monica, California; London; Berlin; and Sofia. Fits a brand that wants brand protection and ads under one team with a published floor and an easy exit.
Published, checked Oct 27, 2026. Eva's pricing page lists Full Service starting from $2,500 a month, Advertising Services from $500 a month, Account Health and Catalog Management from $500 a month, and Marketplace Expansion from $1,000 a month, and says these are starting points, not fixed packages. It also prints bookkeeping at $600 a month and company formation at $1,500 one time. Address listed: San Diego, California. Fits a brand selling on Amazon plus Walmart, Target or TikTok Shop that wants one vendor with software and a priced menu.
Published, checked Oct 27, 2026. SellerPlex's homepage says full service starts at $2,500 a month for PPC, account management, supply chain and content, plus 5% of sales above your baseline. It says it has run Amazon accounts since 2018 and lists 80+ in-house specialists, and its about page describes a fully distributed team. Fits a brand that wants supply chain help inside the same retainer and is comfortable sharing upside. Before you sign, get the baseline written down: how it is measured, over what period, and whether it resets.
Published, checked Oct 27, 2026. Lab 916's pricing page lists a Managed Amazon Channel from $5,000 a month, a flat fee and 0% of ad spend, with a three-month foundation and then 30-day rolling terms. It also prints a Focused Amazon Sprint from $1,500 as a one-time project, and says launch or expansion buildouts commonly run $3,000 to $5,000 a month in support after a scoped setup. Large creative shoots and full storefront rebuilds are scoped separately. Its about page says it was founded in 2019. No address appears in the page text; the business details coded into its site name Sacramento, California. Fits a larger catalog, Vendor or hybrid accounts, or a brand that wants senior operators running the channel like an internal department.
Published, checked Oct 27, 2026. A 2026 pricing article on Marknology's own site lists Full Amazon Management starting at $2,000 a month plus 3% of Amazon sales above $10,000 a month, with the exact retainer quoted in writing after an account review, and says its prices are current as of October 2026. Its homepage says it is family owned, founded in 2014 and based in Kansas City, Missouri, and that engagements start with a 90-day minimum and then go month to month. Fits a brand that wants a family-run shop, accepts a three-month first term and is comfortable with a small share of sales on top of the base fee.
Our prices, as of October 2026. Four month-to-month brand management plans, paid upfront, hours do not roll over: Brand Support 5 hours for $750 a month ($150 an hour), Brand Manager 10 hours for $1,250 ($125 an hour), Brand Manager Plus 20 hours for $2,000 ($100 an hour), and Full Brand Management 40 hours for $3,600 ($90 an hour). Work beyond a plan is $150 an hour; ad spend and fixed-price production such as photo and video are billed separately. Founded in 2017 by Ian Smith, who has sold on Amazon since 2015; a husband-and-wife team in Colorado backed by AI agents, with photo and video made in house. Fits a $1M to $10M brand that wants one accountable brand manager and wants to see the hours. Look elsewhere if you need a large team on a 300-ASIN catalog, several marketplaces at once, or a dedicated customer service inbox.
Quote only, checked Oct 27, 2026. Canopy's full-service account management page lists PPC, DSP, customer service management, listing optimization, Amazon SEO, photo and video, brand support, inventory management, revenue reclaim and custom reporting, plus Walmart and Chewy management. Its FAQ says there are no minimum requirements to qualify for full-service management. Address listed: Austin, Texas. No management price on the pages we opened. Fits a brand that wants customer service and many specialties from a single large provider. We also publish a side-by-side Evolve vs Canopy comparison.
Quote only for management, checked Oct 27, 2026. Its full-service management page lists case log management with Seller Support, bi-weekly client calls, proactive restock recommendations, weekly account checks covering stranded inventory and pricing health, listing work and design. Location listed: Atlanta, Georgia. We found no monthly management fee on the pages we opened. Fits a brand that wants Seller Support cases, restock planning and listing work handled by one provider, and is fine scoping the fee on a call.
Quote only, checked Oct 27, 2026. Trivium's homepage describes Amazon full account management covering listing optimization, SEO, PPC, planning and analytics, and says each strategist handles a maximum of five brands with two-hour response times. It describes a team of over 80, and its about page says the founder built a supplement brand of his own before starting the agency. No location was stated on the pages we opened, so we leave it out. Fits a brand that cares most about a low strategist-to-brand ratio.
Three pricing models show up in this list. A flat monthly retainer (Olifant, Eva, Lab 916) gives you a fixed number and asks you to police scope. A flat fee plus a share of sales (SellerPlex above your baseline, Marknology above $10,000 a month) ties the agency to your results but makes the baseline the most important line in the contract. Hour-based plans (Evolve) tell you exactly how much time you buy and make you choose what goes into those hours. None of these is automatically better. The right one depends on how much of the work you still do yourself.
List every Amazon task you or your team touch in a normal month: ads, listing edits, cases, restock, reviews, creative. The agency should take the list, not a vague promise of growth.
Decide whether you want a fixed fee, a share of growth, or bought hours. That choice cuts this list in half before any sales call.
Trivium publishes a five-brand cap per strategist. Ask every other agency the same question and get the number in writing.
A monthly fee divided by hours tells you the real rate. If an agency will not say, compare scopes line by line instead. Our agency cost calculator runs the numbers.
Look for month-to-month terms or a short first term, your ad account and Brand Registry staying in your name, and files handed back if you leave. Marknology states a 90-day minimum and Lab 916 a three-month foundation on their own sites, so you know the commitment before the first call.
Before handing over the whole catalog, run a short paid pilot on one product. Our guide to testing an agency on one ASIN shows how to set the goal and the deadline.
Give the new team access on day one and keep a log of what changed. If you are leaving another agency, follow a checklist so you do not lose access or history; see how to switch Amazon agencies.
Our longer guide on how to hire an Amazon brand manager has the full question list and a scorecard you can use on any of these nine.
An hour-based brand manager plan. Our Brand Manager tier is 10 hours for $1,250 a month; Brand Manager Plus is 20 hours for $2,000.
Olifant Digital's $2,000 starting price with month-to-month terms and a 60-day fee guarantee, as stated on its site.
Eva Commerce, which prints separate starting prices for full service, ads, account health and marketplace expansion.
SellerPlex, at $2,500 a month plus 5% of sales above baseline, if the baseline is defined in writing.
Lab 916's $5,000 managed channel, or a quote from Canopy, My Amazon Guy or Trivium.
You may not need brand management at all. Fixed-price projects are cheaper; see our pricing page for product photography from $295 and listing optimization at $495 per listing.
Any agency on this list is a monthly cost against your margin. There are clear cases where the honest answer is to keep the money and run the account yourself for a while.
If a $2,000 to $5,000 monthly fee would eat most of your Amazon profit, fix the listing and run basic Sponsored Products ads yourself first. A free listing audit is a better first step than a retainer.
A founder with a few hours a week can handle cases, restock and basic ads. Buy projects (a listing rewrite, a photo set) instead of a monthly plan.
No agency fixes a weak product, bad reviews from a real defect, or a price that does not cover fees. Fix that first.
When cases, suppressed listings and ad tweaks take more of your time than product and sales, that is the point where a brand manager pays for itself.
More ASINs, more ad spend and a second marketplace mean more things break at once. That is where a team or a 20 to 40 hour plan makes sense.
If PPC, creative and inventory sit with three different people who never talk, one accountable owner is the fix, whichever agency you choose.
We built our brand management plans for $1M to $10M brands that want one brand manager who knows the account, plus photo, video and design made in house instead of farmed out. You buy a block of hours each month, paid upfront, month to month. Hours do not roll over, so we plan each month's priorities with you at the start and report what got done at the end.
Brand Support (5 hours, $750) covers a monthly account check and a few fixes. Brand Manager (10 hours, $1,250) adds listing upkeep and ad changes inside your hours. Brand Manager Plus (20 hours, $2,000) adds weekly PPC work and launch planning and fits most growing catalogs. Full Brand Management (40 hours, $3,600, $90 an hour) is about a quarter of a full-time employee's hours. Ad spend and fixed-price production are billed separately, and every price is on our pricing page.
What we do not do: find or broker a manufacturer, give legal advice, buy inventory, run a customer service inbox, or do bookkeeping. If you need those inside one contract, a larger agency above is the better fit. If you want to talk it through, book a free 30-minute call, email Ian at [email protected], or call or text 719-257-3557.
