Best Klaviyo and Ecommerce Email Marketing Agencies in 2026, With the Tiers Explained

The top results for this search are written by the agencies in them, and only a handful of the 15 we checked on October 22, 2026 print a price. We read every site, the Klaviyo partner directory and Klaviyo's own tier rules. Here are twelve agencies ranked for a $1M to $10M brand, what each costs where that is public, and what the badges on their homepages measure.

Last reviewed October 23, 2026Prices checked October 2026By Ian Smith

Short answer

For a $1M to $10M Shopify brand: Flowium (Klaviyo Elite Master, month-to-month, Clutch minimum $1,000, quote only), Evolve Media Agency (flows, campaigns and list building as a fixed-price project, quoted per scope), Retention Drivers ($1,500 to $3,500 a month, published). Also fitting: Lilo Social and Hustler Marketing (Elite Masters, $5,000 Clutch minimums), InboxArmy (from $1,500 a month). Fuel Made ($50,000 minimum) and Chronos (8-figure brands) are built for larger brands and sit above this size. Klaviyo's Elite Master badge measures referred and managed Klaviyo subscription revenue ($40,000 a month each) and certified staff (20), not client results. The "email should be 25% to 35% of revenue" rule traces to Klaviyo's own 2016 benchmark (27%), not an independent study.

[02] How We Ranked

Fit for a $1M to $10M Brand, Then Price, Then the Badge

Disclosure: Evolve Media Agency, which publishes this page, is one of the companies listed. We put ourselves where the stated method puts us and we say plainly which competitors are the better pick for which situation. Every price for another company is that company's own published figure (with the page it came from) or a ballpark estimate from public sources, labeled as such. Our prices are exact and come from our pricing page. Nothing here is paid placement and no company on this list pays us.

Email agencies sell three things: building the automations (flows), sending the campaigns, and growing the list. Most retainers bundle all three and price them against your revenue. That is the main reason so few agencies publish a number. On October 22, 2026, we loaded 15 agency sites (plus Rejoiner, an email platform with a services arm) and each one's Klaviyo directory profile, and recorded the published price or Clutch minimum, the stated client size, the Klaviyo tier, the team structure, the contract terms and the review profile. The ranking is for a brand doing $1M to $10M a year, so the agencies with $10,000 and $50,000 minimums sit lower not because they are worse but because they are built for bigger clients.

Two things to know before you read any roundup in this category. First, the top five Google results are published by agencies that rank themselves first, or by a freelancer marketplace that pitches its own freelancers; one still carries a 2025 title. Second, almost every case-study number in this category is "Klaviyo-attributed revenue," which uses Klaviyo's attribution window (a click or open within a set number of days before the order). It is a real metric and the only one most agencies have, but it credits email for orders that would have happened anyway. Ask how much of the lift shows up in total store revenue.

Published prices

Retention Drivers ($1,500 to $3,500 a month), Excelohunt ($499 to $2,999 a month plus fixed-price flows), InboxArmy ($1,500 minimum), Ryzeo (from $399). Everyone else quotes.

Elite Master partners that fit $1M to $10M

Flowium and Andzen ($1,000 Clutch minimum), Lilo Social and Hustler Marketing ($5,000). Fuel Made ($50,000), Chronos (8-figure) and Tinuiti (enterprise) are Elite Masters built for larger brands.

Contract terms on the page

Flowium (month-to-month, 60 days' notice), Retention Drivers (month-to-month, 30 days), Hustler (flows once, campaigns monthly), Evolve (fixed project, no retainer), Ryzeo (two-month trial).

Red flags we hit

Case-study counters that render as 0% (Flowium), a 2023 copyright and a dead Klaviyo badge link (SmartMail), lorem ipsum in the process section (Homestead Studio, excluded), a "coming soon" site (Boundless Labs, excluded), tier badges that disagree between site and directory (Magnet Monster).

[03] What the Badges Mean

Klaviyo's Partner Tiers, and What Klaviyo Itself Costs

Every agency on this list shows a Klaviyo badge. Klaviyo's own partner training explains what they measure. There are two tracks: Advisor partners refer business but do not manage accounts; Master partners manage client Klaviyo accounts. Within Master, the tiers are Bronze (renamed from "Klaviyo Partner" on July 1, 2025), Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite. The thresholds are about Klaviyo's revenue and the agency's certified headcount. Source: Klaviyo Academy, partner program requirements.

Master tierWhat it takes, per Klaviyo Academy
BronzeThe entry tier, renamed from "Klaviyo Partner" on July 1, 2025. Klaviyo's lesson lists no revenue threshold for it.
Silver$250 referred and $250 managed monthly recurring revenue (MRR); 1 certified employee.
Gold$5,000 referred and $5,000 managed MRR; $500 platform (non-email) MRR; 3 certified employees.
Platinum$20,000 referred and $20,000 managed MRR; $4,000 platform MRR; 10 certified employees.
Elite$40,000 referred and $40,000 managed MRR; $8,000 platform adoption; more than one case study a year; 20 certified employees (small agencies can request an exception).
Plain words: Elite Master means the agency brings Klaviyo at least $40,000 a month in new subscriptions and manages at least $40,000 a month more, and has 20 people certified. It is a measure of how much Klaviyo business the agency moves, not of what its clients earned. A two-person shop doing excellent work for ten brands cannot reach it, because of the revenue thresholds. Use the tier as a size signal and nothing more. Klaviyo's directory (connect.klaviyo.com, 672 agencies on the day we checked) lets you filter by brand size, scope and tier.

Before you compare agency fees, know what the software costs, because the fee usually runs three to ten times the subscription. Klaviyo's published US pricing (page updated October 1, 2026): free up to 250 profiles and 500 emails a month; email from $20 a month at 251 to 500 profiles; email plus SMS from $35.

Reading the calculator's tier table: 2,501 to 3,000 profiles $70; 6,501 to 10,000 profiles $150; 15,001 to 20,000 profiles $375; 45,001 to 50,000 profiles $720; 95,001 to 100,000 profiles $1,380. SMS credits are extra (1,250 for $15, 10,000 for $90, 50,000 for $450).

A $1M to $10M brand with 20,000 to 50,000 active profiles pays roughly $375 to $720 a month for email before SMS. Our platform comparison covers the alternatives if you are not on Klaviyo yet.

[04] The List

12 Email Marketing Agencies, Ranked for $1M to $10M Brands

1

Flowium

Staten Island, NY · founded 2017 · Klaviyo Elite Master · Clutch 4.9 (23)

Clutch minimum $1,000+Month-to-month, 60-day notice6-person team per account

What they sell: Klaviyo email, SMS, push and WhatsApp, with deliverability, from a six-person pod per client; onboarding includes five showcase emails, a deliverability audit and a Slack channel.

The Elite Master tier is Klaviyo's top partner level. Flowium and Andzen are the two Elite Masters here with a $1,000 Clutch minimum; Flowium also states month-to-month terms on its site and has the longer US review history. No dollar figure anywhere on the site; MarketerHire reports clients budget $8,000 to $18,000 a month, which Flowium does not confirm. The case-study counters on the services page render as "+ 0 %" in the source, and two review counts on the homepage disagree (65 and 63). Flowium publishes its own agency roundup and ranks itself first.

Quote only, no public pricing

No prices published. Month-to-month contracts with 60 days' cancellation notice; discounts for 6- or 12-month terms. Clutch lists a $1,000+ minimum project.

Best fit$2M to $20M Shopify brands that want a top-tier Klaviyo partner with a full pod and no annual lock-in.
Look elsewhere ifYou want the price before the call, or you are under $1M and the retainer would exceed what email can return.

2

Evolve Media Agency

Colorado · founded 2017 · 3 people

Quoted per scopeFlows, campaigns and list buildingSame team runs your Shopify CRO

What we sell: Welcome, abandoned-cart, post-purchase and winback flows, a campaign calendar, segmentation, and the Shopify capture systems (popups, quiz funnels, post-purchase capture) that grow the list, on Klaviyo or the platform you already use.

We publish this page. Email is the one service where our pricing page is quiet: the scope depends on list size, how many flows exist, and whether the capture side is built, so we quote it per scope after a call. The quote is a fixed price in writing, paid upfront, with no retainer. That lack of a published number is why we are not first here. What puts us second: the people who build the flows also run the Shopify conversion work and the Amazon side, so the list, the store and the marketplace get planned together instead of by three vendors.

Quote only, no public pricing

Quoted per scope after a free call. Fixed project price in writing, paid upfront, no monthly retainer. Related published prices: CRO audit $495, CRO sprint $1,495.

Best fit$1M to $10M brands that want flows and list growth built as a project they own, by a team that also handles the store and Amazon.
Look elsewhere ifYou want a six-person pod sending 12 campaigns a month on retainer, or you are an 8-figure brand that needs the Elite Master depth below.

What they sell: Klaviyo email and SMS packages with copy, design and build included: Starter (4 campaigns, 4 core flows), Growth (8 campaigns, 7 flows, SMS add-on), Full Channel (12 campaigns, all flows, 2 SMS sends a month). Month-to-month, 30 days' notice, setup folded into the first month.

The clearest published Klaviyo retainer menu we found, with the fit stated on the page (Growth is for stores doing $30,000 or more a month). The team is two named people. There is one testimonial, no location and no Klaviyo tier shown, and the eleven Klaviyo-attributed case figures use Klaviyo's attribution window. A specialty in cannabis and regulated DTC is useful if that is you.

The strongest review count among the Elite Masters that fit mid-market. No pricing on the site; Clutch lists $5,000+ minimum and $100 to $149 an hour. Best when you want retention and acquisition under one roof. Case study: 8.8x email revenue for SEEQ, in Klaviyo's reporting.

Hustler Marketing

Jackson, WY · founded 2018 · Klaviyo Elite Master · Clutch 5.0 (17)

Flows one-time feeCampaigns on retainer4-person team per client

What they sell: Email and SMS with a four-person team per client, plus UGC ads and HubSpot work; flows are a one-time fee and campaigns a monthly retainer.

The one-time-fee model for flows is the right structure for brands that want the automations built and owned without a retainer attached. No dollar figures on the site (Flowium's roundup says "from $2,000," which Hustler does not publish). Claims of 22x ROI and $110M generated in 2025 are the agency's own numbers.

Quote only, no public pricing

No prices published. Flows billed once; campaigns monthly. Clutch: $5,000+ minimum project.

Best fitBrands that want flows built as a project and campaigns as an optional retainer.

InboxArmy

Grapevine, TX · founded 2016 · Klaviyo Master Silver

Minimum $1,500 per monthFull-service emailAlso white-label

What they sell: Strategy, campaigns, automation, design and code, deliverability and SMS as a managed service, on Klaviyo and most other platforms, with a white-label arm for agencies.

InboxArmy is the only full-service shop here with a minimum printed on the site ($1,500 a month, in the FAQ). Klaviyo tier is Master Silver, one step above the entry tier for agencies that manage accounts, so it is a generalist email agency rather than a Klaviyo specialist. The homepage says 120+ specialists; the About page says 70+. Review claims (Clutch 4.9, Google 4.9) are stated on the site; we could not load the Clutch profile to confirm.

What they sell: Klaviyo email and SMS plus Shopify design, development and CRO, for brands the Klaviyo directory lists at $10M to $100M in revenue.

Probably the deepest Shopify-plus-Klaviyo bench on the list, and the clearest case of a great agency that is not for a $1M to $10M brand: Clutch lists a $50,000 minimum project at $150 to $199 an hour. Case numbers (BK Beauty welcome flow +13%, Super7 abandoned cart +165%) come from Klaviyo's attribution.

What they sell: Email, SMS, push, WhatsApp, RCS and direct mail with copy and design in-house, for brands the directory lists at $10M to $500M.

The largest review count on the list and an explicit 8-figure fit. Not US-based (Sydney and Singapore, US phone line). Claims "$400M+ attributable revenue" and "3,500% average ROI" are the agency's own. Its own pitch says email and SMS should be 30% of revenue; see the benchmark section for where that number comes from.

Quote only, no public pricing

What they sell: Email, SMS, lifecycle automation, loyalty and consulting, from the first Elite Master partner in APAC.

The directory lists the widest fit range here ($1M to over $500M) and the Clutch minimum is low, but the review count is four and the company is Australian with US staff. Note the domain: andzen.co, not .com (which redirects to an unrelated company). Case study: $148,000 in monthly flow revenue in 60 days for Chef's Edge (Klaviyo-attributed).

Checked but not ranked. Tinuiti: Elite Master, enterprise clients like Sony and Etsy, $10,000+ Clutch minimum; email is a small slice of a 1,000+ person media agency. The Email Marketers: Santa Monica, Platinum Master, explicitly for 8- and 9-figure brands; the services nav links to nothing and the footer has no year. SmartMail: pay-per-output instead of a retainer, which is a good idea; a 2023 copyright, a Klaviyo badge that links to a 404 and a claimed 72% average click-through rate are not. Rejoiner: its own email platform at $25 a month for 1,000 contacts, with a Strategy Partner service from $1,500 a month; not a Klaviyo agency, worth a look if you are not wedded to Klaviyo.

Excluded. Lifecycle Labs (the domain belongs to a device trade-in company), Boundless Labs (site under construction), Homestead Studio (placeholder text on the live site), Retention Harbor (2025 footer, dead nav links, no facts to report).

[06] The Number Everyone Quotes

Where "Email Should Be 25% to 35% of Revenue" Actually Comes From

Nearly every agency pitch in this category says your email program should produce 25% to 35% (or "30%+") of store revenue, and uses the gap between that and your number as the reason to hire them. We traced it. No independent study states that range. The closest primary source is Klaviyo's own ecommerce email benchmark report, which analyzed Q4 2016 data from about 1,000 US stores on Klaviyo and found email was "over a quarter of their overall store revenue (27%)," with $10M+ stores earning nearly a third in that holiday quarter. The 25% to 35% range looks like a rounding of 27% and 33%.

Three caveats travel with that number. It is Klaviyo measuring Klaviyo-attributed revenue for Klaviyo customers, using Klaviyo's attribution window. It is a fourth quarter, when email outperforms. And it is a decade old; Klaviyo's current benchmarks page no longer publishes a share-of-store-revenue figure at all, and instead reports that flows produce 41% of email revenue from 5.3% of sends.

A reasonable way to use it: if email is under 15% of revenue and you have a list, something is broken. If it is 20% to 30%, you are in the range Klaviyo's customers hit, and an agency promising 35% is promising something the vendor itself does not benchmark. Our guide to email lists that do not make money covers the usual causes.

[07] Read This Before You Book

When You Should Not Hire an Email Agency Yet

Your list is under 5,000 engaged profiles

Excelohunt's own floor is 5,000 subscribers and Ryzeo's is $200,000 a month in sales for a reason: a $1,500 retainer against a 3,000-person list cannot pay for itself. Build the list first; our list-building guide is the free version of that work.

The core flows do not exist yet

Welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase and winback are a few weeks of project work, not a retainer. Buy them as a project (Hustler's one-time flow fee, Excelohunt's fixed-price flows, our fixed-price scope) or follow the flows guide and build them yourself in Klaviyo.

Deliverability is the problem

If your emails land in spam, more campaigns make it worse. Fix authentication and list hygiene first; the 2026 sender requirements post lists what Gmail and Yahoo now enforce.

The agency's pitch is the 30% number

See the section above. An agency that leads with a vendor benchmark as a promise is selling the gap, not a plan.

You are an Amazon-only brand

Amazon does not give you customer emails. Until you have a Shopify or DTC store, or run a launch that captures emails off-Amazon, there is nothing for a Klaviyo agency to send to. Amazon's own Customer Engagement tool is the limited exception.

Your list is small and the agency fee would dwarf the software bill

Klaviyo at 20,000 profiles is about $375 a month. A $5,000 retainer is 13 times that. It can be worth it at $5M in revenue; it is rarely worth it at $800K.

[08] On the Call

Seven Questions to Ask an Email Agency

1

What is the fee, and is flow building a one-time charge or inside the retainer?

Hustler bills flows once and campaigns monthly. Retention Drivers folds setup into month one. Ask which, and what happens to the flows if you leave.

2

What does your tier badge measure?

If they say client results, they have not read Klaviyo's rules. The right answer is Klaviyo revenue referred and managed plus certified headcount.

3

When you report revenue, is it Klaviyo-attributed or total store revenue?

Both are fine. Ask for both, and ask what attribution window they use.

4

How many people touch my account and how many accounts do they touch?

Flowium says six per client; Hustler says four; Chronos says about 80 people for 60 brands. Do the division.

5

What are the contract terms?

Month-to-month with 30 or 60 days' notice is normal in this category. Annual terms should come with a discount, not as the default.

6

Who owns the Klaviyo account, the templates and the flows?

You should. Templates built inside your account stay when the agency leaves; templates built in theirs do not.

7

Will you also run SMS, and at what cost per message?

Klaviyo SMS credits run about $0.009 to $0.012 each at volume. If the agency marks that up, know by how much. Our SMS platform comparison covers Postscript and Attentive as alternatives.

[10] FAQ

Email Agency Questions

How much does a Klaviyo email marketing agency cost in 2026?
Published retainers run from $399 (Ryzeo, billing period not stated) and $499 to $2,999 a month (Excelohunt) through $1,500 to $3,500 (Retention Drivers, InboxArmy from $1,500). Klaviyo Elite Master agencies mostly quote; their Clutch minimums are $1,000 (Flowium, Andzen), $5,000 (Lilo Social, Hustler), $10,000 (Chronos, Tinuiti) and $50,000 (Fuel Made). Evolve Media Agency quotes flows and campaigns per scope as a fixed project with no retainer.
What does Klaviyo Elite Master partner mean?
It is the top tier of Klaviyo's Master track for agencies that manage client accounts. Per Klaviyo Academy, it requires $40,000 a month in referred Klaviyo subscription revenue, $40,000 a month managed, $8,000 in platform (non-email) adoption, more than one case study a year, and 20 certified employees. It measures how much Klaviyo business the agency moves, not client results.
Which Klaviyo agency is best for a $1M to $10M brand?
Flowium and Andzen are the Elite Masters with a $1,000 Clutch minimum; Flowium also states month-to-month terms and has the longer US review history. Retention Drivers publishes $1,500 to $3,500 a month with copy and design included. Evolve Media Agency builds flows, campaigns and list capture as a fixed-price project for brands that also want the store and Amazon handled by the same team. Fuel Made and Chronos are built for $10M and up.
Should email be 25% to 35% of ecommerce revenue?
That range traces to Klaviyo's own 2016 benchmark, where email was 27% of store revenue for about 1,000 Klaviyo customers in a fourth quarter, with $10M+ stores near a third. It is vendor-measured, Klaviyo-attributed and a decade old; Klaviyo no longer publishes a share-of-revenue figure. Treat 20% to 30% as the range its customers hit, not a promise.
How much does Klaviyo itself cost?
Klaviyo's published US pricing (October 2026): free to 250 profiles; email from $20 a month at 251 to 500 profiles; about $150 at 10,000 profiles, $375 at 20,000, $720 at 50,000 and $1,380 at 100,000. SMS credits are extra, from $15 for 1,250 to $450 for 50,000. Agency fees usually run three to ten times the software cost.
What is the difference between flows and campaigns?
Flows are automations triggered by behavior (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback) that run on their own once built. Campaigns are one-off sends to a segment on a schedule. Klaviyo's current benchmarks say flows produce 41% of email revenue from 5.3% of sends, which is why flows should be built before anyone sells you a campaign retainer.
Do I need a Klaviyo partner or any email agency?
A Klaviyo partner knows the platform's segments, flows and reporting. A general email agency (InboxArmy, Rejoiner) works across platforms. If you are on Klaviyo and want strategy, pick a Master partner; if you want production capacity or are on another platform, the tier matters less.
Is Evolve Media Agency a Klaviyo agency?
We build ecommerce email programs on Klaviyo and other platforms: welcome, abandoned-cart, post-purchase and winback flows, a campaign calendar, segmentation, and the Shopify popups and quiz funnels that grow the list. We quote email per scope after a free call, as a fixed project price paid upfront with no retainer, and the same team runs Shopify CRO and Amazon work.
What should an email agency report each month?
Total store revenue alongside Klaviyo-attributed revenue, with the attribution window stated; flow revenue separate from campaign revenue; list growth and unsubscribe rate; deliverability (inbox placement, spam complaints under 0.3%, the Gmail and Yahoo threshold); and revenue per recipient. An agency that reports only attributed revenue is reporting its best number.
Can I run Klaviyo myself instead?
Yes, and under 5,000 engaged profiles you probably should. Klaviyo's flow templates, our free flows guide and the deliverability checklist cover the basics. Hire when the list is large enough that a 10% improvement in email revenue exceeds the fee, usually somewhere past $1M in store revenue.
