Best Amazon PPC Agencies in 2026, Ranked by Who Shows Their Price

We checked 19 Amazon advertising agencies on October 22, 2026. Five publish a management fee. None publish a percentage-of-spend rate. Two publish a minimum ad spend, and we are one of them. This list ranks the twelve worth your call for a $1M to $10M brand, with the fee model, the minimums, the review scores and the software you could use instead.

Last reviewed October 23, 2026Prices checked October 2026By Ian Smith

Short answer

For a brand spending $1,000 to $50,000 a month on Amazon ads, the agencies with a published price are Evolve Media Agency ($995 a month flat up to $10,000 spend, $1,995 up to $50,000), Olifant Digital (from $2,000 a month, full service) and Sequence Commerce (from $900 a month flat). SellerMetrics (from $900 a month, scales by ASIN) and Kenji ROI ($495 or $995 base plus 5% of revenue growth) also publish. My Amazon Guy, Canopy, Ad Advance, Nuanced Media and Envision Horizons are solid but quote only. Below about $1,000 a month in ad spend, no agency fee makes sense; run it yourself from the free PPC strategy guide or use software at $149 to $695 a month.

[02] How We Ranked

Published Fee, Fee Model, Minimums, Reviews

Disclosure: Evolve Media Agency, which publishes this page, is one of the companies listed. We put ourselves where the stated method puts us and we say plainly which competitors are the better pick for which situation. Every price for another company is that company's own published figure (with the page it came from) or a ballpark estimate from public sources, labeled as such. Our prices are exact and come from our pricing page. Nothing here is paid placement and no company on this list pays us.

We loaded the PPC or pricing page of 19 agencies on October 22, 2026, and recorded four things. Is a management fee published? What is the fee model (flat, percentage of spend, hybrid)? What minimum ad spend or revenue do they state? What do Clutch and Trustpilot show? We then ranked for a brand doing $1M to $10M a year on Amazon, which usually means $1,000 to $50,000 a month in ad spend.

The first finding is the one that should change how you shop: not one of the 19 agencies publishes a percentage-of-spend rate, even though "agencies charge 10 to 20% of spend" appears on nearly every roundup that ranks for this search. The percentage exists; it is negotiated on the call. Four of the five agencies that publish a fee publish a flat fee; the fifth, Kenji ROI, publishes a hybrid. Most of the software tools, by contrast, publish spend-tiered prices; Pacvue is the exception.

Flat fee (published)

Evolve $995 and $1,995 a month by spend tier; Olifant from $2,000 a month; Sequence Commerce from $900; SellerMetrics from $900 by ASIN count. The agency earns the same whether you spend more or less.

Hybrid (published)

Kenji ROI: $495 or $995 base plus 5% of revenue growth. It pays the agency for growth, which sounds right until you ask how growth is measured in a seasonal category.

Percentage of spend (negotiated)

This is the common model at the quote-only agencies. The agency's revenue rises when your budget rises, whether or not your profit does. Ask for the percentage and the floor in writing.

Audit-only prices

My Amazon Guy publishes an audit from $500 per marketplace and quotes management separately. We charge $995 for an audit and restructure you keep whether or not you continue.

[03] Short List by Spend

Pick by Monthly Ad Spend, Then by Fee Model

Under $1,000 a month

No agency. A $900 fee on $800 of spend is a bad ratio. Run Sponsored Products yourself from the strategy guide, or pay for PPC software instead of an agency at $149 to $279 a month (Teikametrics or Helium 10; Perpetua at $695 is above this budget) and let it handle bids.

$1,000 to $10,000 a month

Evolve ($995 a month flat; audit and restructure $995 one time), Sequence Commerce (from $900), SellerMetrics (from $900, small catalogs), Kenji ROI if you also need photos and copy.

$10,000 to $50,000 a month

Evolve PPC Management Plus ($1,995 a month, daily bids), Olifant (from $2,000, full service), Nuanced Media, Ad Advance, My Amazon Guy, Canopy. At this level a quote-only agency's percentage will usually land between $1,000 and $10,000 a month; that is a ballpark estimate from public ranges, not a published rate.

$50,000 a month and up

Blue Wheel, Envision Horizons (annual), Ad Advance, Amazon Growth Lab (Clutch $10,000 minimum project), Marketplace Valet (7 to 9 figure brands only). We quote by hours above $50,000 and will tell you if you have outgrown us.

You want DSP, streaming TV or Amazon Marketing Cloud

Envision Horizons, Ad Advance, Blue Wheel, SalesDuo and Sequence all list them. Read whether DSP makes sense at your size first; for most $1M brands it does not yet.

You want the listing fixed, not just the ads

Ads buy traffic to the page you have. If click-through or conversion is below category, the first dollar goes to images, A+ and price. That is the specific reason to pick a shop that does both, which is what we do.

[04] The List

12 Amazon PPC Agencies, Ranked for $1M to $10M Brands

1

Evolve Media Agency

Colorado · founded 2017 · 3 people

Flat fee, no % of spend$1,000/mo minimum spendAudit $995, management $995/mo

What we sell: Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display management priced in hour blocks at $100 an hour, starting with the $995 audit and restructure. Weekly bid, budget and search-term management, a weekly one-page report against profit (TACoS and margin per SKU), monthly call.

We publish this page and we sell PPC management, so read the method section before you take our word for the order. We rank first on the one thing this page is about: we are one of five agencies in 19 that publish a management price, and the only one that publishes all three: a minimum spend, a flat rate and the hours behind it.

Our price, from the pricing page

PPC Audit + Restructure $995 one time (10 hours). PPC Management $995 a month, up to $10,000 monthly spend (10 hours a month). PPC Management Plus $1,995 a month, up to $50,000 spend (20 hours). Above $50,000 quoted by hours. Minimum ad spend $1,000 a month. Ad spend billed by Amazon to your card, never marked up.

Best fit$1M to $10M brands spending $1,000 to $50,000 a month on ads that want a flat fee, access to their own console, and someone who will say when the listing, not the ads, is the problem.
Look elsewhere ifYou spend over $50,000 a month and want someone in the console every hour, or you want DSP and streaming TV managed at scale. That is Blue Wheel, Envision Horizons or Ad Advance territory.

Starting at $2,000/mo60-day money-back7 and 8 figure brands

What they sell: Daily PPC management inside a full-service Amazon retainer, scaled to catalog size, with weekly calls and twelve published case studies that show dollar figures.

One of the few agencies with a real starting price and a money-back window. Clutch 5.0 from 21 reviews. One case study shows two different revenue figures on two pages ($192,814 and $172,814), which is the kind of thing to ask about on the call.

Published starting price

Starting at $2,000 a month, scales with catalog size. 60-day money-back guarantee.

Best fit$2M to $10M brands that want full-service management with PPC inside it and a published floor.
Look elsewhere ifYou only want ads managed and nothing else; the retainer is a full-service package.

Sequence Commerce

Brampton, ON and New York, NY · Inc. 5000 2024

From $900/mo flatNo spend markupNo minimum revenue

What they sell: Sponsored Products, Brands and Display, DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud, streaming TV and TikTok ads, on a flat monthly engagement with no markup on spend.

Tied with SellerMetrics for the lowest published agency floor on this list, Clutch 5.0 from 73 reviews, and a stated "no minimum revenue." Their own site says an agency makes sense above about $20,000 a month in ad spend. Red flag we have to mention: the FAQ on their site still contains unfilled template text (the words "highly rated" and "N verified client reviews" sit in square brackets waiting for real values), and a "$500M+" figure is labeled revenue in one place and ad spend in another.

Published starting price

Engagements start at $900 a month, flat, no markup on spend, no minimum revenue stated.

Best fitBrands under $2M that want a flat fee and a multi-platform team.
Look elsewhere ifYou want an Amazon-only specialist; the team sells across several ad platforms.

Kenji ROI

Vancouver, BC · creative studio with a PPC arm

$495 or $995 base + 5% of growth$1,000/mo minimum spendAdd-ons $397 and $197

What they sell: PPC Essential, Growth and Accelerator plans alongside listing photography, video and copy.

The only published hybrid price on the list: a base fee plus 5% of revenue growth, with extra seller accounts at $397 a month and extra marketplaces at $197. The wording "$495 base, or 5% of revenue growth" reads as either-or in one place and base-plus in another; ask which. The footer still says 2025 and the Trustpilot profile has no reviews.

Published starting price

PPC Essential from $495 base plus 5% of revenue growth; Growth and Accelerator from $995. Minimum $1,000 a month ad spend. +$397 a month per extra seller account, +$197 per extra marketplace.

Best fitFirst-time and small sellers who also need creative work from the same shop.
Look elsewhere ifYou have a $2M+ account; the base-plus-growth model gets expensive fast and the team is primarily a creative studio.

SellerMetrics

Dover, DE · RWN Solutions Inc

From $900/moScales with ASIN count3-month minimum

What they sell: PPC management, DSP, audits and KDP ads for emerging brands.

Flat fee that rises with the number of ASINs, three-month minimum then month to month. No review profile found. The site serves a bot-check page to scripts, which does not matter to you but is why some directories show nothing for them.

Published starting price

Fees start from $900 a month for emerging brands and rise with ASIN count. Three-month minimum, then month to month.

Best fitSmall catalogs under about $1M that want a flat fee and a short commitment.
Look elsewhere ifYou run 100+ ASINs; the per-ASIN scaling will outgrow a flat agency fee elsewhere.

[05] Agency vs Software

What the Software Costs, and When It Is Enough

Every PPC tool except Pacvue publishes its price, which is more than most agencies manage. The tools are good at bids and bad at deciding what a product is for. If you can set a target ACoS per SKU from your margin, read a search-term report once a week, and decide what to negate, a tool is enough. If nobody in the company will do that every week, hire the person or the agency, and have them run the tool.

Software only

What you payPerpetua Essentials $695 a month up to $10,000 spend, Growth $695 plus a percentage of spend above that (percentage not published). Helium 10 Ads needs the Diamond plan at $279 a month on annual ($359 monthly) plus a 2% fee on managed spend; Enterprise from $1,499 a month for $25,000 to $1M spend. Teikametrics Essentials $149 a month on annual up to $10,000 spend, then 3% of spend above $10,000. Pacvue: no published pricing; their site blocks automated checks and G2 lists it as quote only.
What you getAutomated bidding, rules, harvesting, dashboards. No one decides structure, negatives, budget or creative.
Who it fitsA seller with a weekly hour and a margin sheet per SKU.
Watch forHelium 10's tool page still says Ads has no extra charge while its pricing page lists the 2% fee; Perpetua withholds its Growth percentage.

Agency, flat fee

What you payEvolve $995 a month up to $10,000 spend, $1,995 up to $50,000, audit $995 one time. Sequence Commerce from $900. SellerMetrics from $900. Olifant from $2,000 (full service).
What you getStructure, weekly search-term decisions, negatives, budget allocation, creative direction, and a report that says what changed and why. Software still does the daily bid math.
Who it fits$1,000 to $50,000 a month in spend, no in-house PPC person.
Watch forHours. Ten hours a month is weekly management with daily attention during launches and events, not a full-time analyst. We say so on our service page; make the others say what you get.

Agency, percentage of spend

What you payNegotiated. None of the 19 agencies publishes the rate. Ballpark estimate from public ranges: 10 to 20% of spend with a floor of $1,000 to $2,500 a month, so roughly $1,000 to $10,000 a month at $10,000 to $50,000 spend.
What you getUsually full-service management with PPC inside it, a bigger team, DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) where you qualify.
Who it fits$50,000+ spend where the percentage buys daily attention from several people.
Watch forThe incentive. The fee rises with your budget whether or not profit does. Ask what happens to the fee when they recommend cutting spend.

How to read this: "Published" means the number is on the company's own site on the date we checked and the entry above links to that page. "Ballpark estimate" anywhere on this page means we assembled a range from public figures and it is not a quote from anyone. Prices change; the provider's site wins over this page.
[07] Read This Before You Book

When You Should Not Hire a PPC Agency

You spend under $1,000 a month

Every fee on this page is a bad ratio at that spend. Run a tight Sponsored Products account yourself and come back when the budget justifies a manager.

Your listing converts below category

PPC buys traffic to the page you have. If the main image, bullets, price or reviews are weak, the ads lose before the bid is placed. Fix the page first; our free listing audit tells you whether that is you.

You want a guaranteed ACoS

ACoS depends on category, competition, margin and listing. Anyone guaranteeing a number is setting it high enough to be meaningless or planning to cut spend to hit it.

You cannot share cost of goods

An agency managing to ACoS without your margin per SKU is managing to the wrong number. If you will not share COGS, buy software and manage to TACoS yourself.

You want someone in the console every hour

Flat-fee plans are weekly management with daily attention during events. Accounts that need a full-time analyst should hire one; we will help you write the job description.

You are switching agencies for the third time

The problem is usually the brief, not the agency. Write the three outcomes you want and the number you will judge them by, then read what $2K, $5K and $10K actually buys.

[08] On the Call

Eight Questions That Separate Managers From Spenders

1

What is the fee model, and what is the floor?

Flat, percentage, or hybrid, with the number. If the answer is "it depends," ask what it depends on and what the last three similar clients paid.

2

What is your minimum ad spend, and what happens below it?

Only Kenji ROI and Evolve publish one ($1,000). An agency with no floor will take an account it cannot help.

3

Do you manage to ACoS or to TACoS and margin per SKU?

If they do not ask for your cost of goods in the first week, they are managing to the wrong scoreboard.

4

Who owns the ad console and the campaign structure when we leave?

You should. Campaigns built inside the agency's own account disappear with the agency.

5

How many hours a month, and from whom?

A fee without hours is a fee without a scope. Ask who the person is and how many accounts they carry.

6

Which software do you run, and do I pay for it?

Most agencies run Pacvue, Perpetua, Helium 10 or their own tool. Find out whether the license is in the fee.

7

What does the weekly report contain?

Spend, sales, ACoS, TACoS, organic rank on priority terms, and what changed. If the sample report is a dashboard screenshot, ask for the one with the decisions in it.

8

What is the exit?

Month to month (Evolve), three months (SellerMetrics), a year (Envision Horizons), or a 60-day money-back window (Olifant). The longer the lock, the stronger the case they should have to make.

[10] FAQ

Amazon PPC Agency Questions

Which Amazon PPC agency is best for a brand doing $1M to $10M?
If you want a published flat fee: Evolve Media Agency ($995 a month up to $10,000 spend, $1,995 up to $50,000), Olifant Digital (from $2,000, full service) or Sequence Commerce (from $900). If you want a large full-service team and will negotiate the fee: My Amazon Guy, Canopy Management, Nuanced Media or Ad Advance. Above $50,000 a month in spend: Blue Wheel or Envision Horizons.
How much does an Amazon PPC agency charge in 2026?
Published flat fees run from $900 a month (Sequence Commerce, SellerMetrics) to $995 and $1,995 (Evolve) and $2,000 (Olifant). Agencies that charge a percentage of spend do not publish the rate; the ballpark from public ranges is 10 to 20% of spend with a $1,000 to $2,500 monthly floor. Audits run $500 (My Amazon Guy, per marketplace) to $995 (Evolve, with the restructure done).
Do Amazon PPC agencies charge a percentage of ad spend?
Many do, but none of the 19 agencies we checked publishes the percentage. Every "10 to 20% of spend" figure you see online is an estimate, including ours. Flat-fee agencies (Evolve, Sequence, SellerMetrics, Olifant) publish their numbers.
What is the minimum ad spend to hire a PPC agency?
Only Kenji ROI and Evolve publish a minimum, both $1,000 a month. Sequence Commerce says an agency makes sense above about $20,000 a month in spend. Below $1,000 a month, manage it yourself or use software.
Is PPC software a substitute for an agency?
For bids, yes. Teikametrics ($149 a month plus 3% over $10,000 spend), Helium 10 Ads ($279 a month plus 2% of managed spend) and Perpetua ($695 a month) automate bidding well. They do not decide structure, negatives, budget or creative. If someone in-house will do that weekly, software is enough.
What does an Amazon PPC audit cost?
My Amazon Guy publishes an audit from $500 per marketplace. Evolve charges $995 for an audit and restructure that is implemented in your console and documented so you can run it yourself. Most other agencies fold the audit into the first month of a retainer.
Should I pick a flat fee or a percentage of spend?
Flat fee under $50,000 a month in spend, because the agency's incentive points at your margin instead of your budget. Percentage of spend can make sense above $50,000 where the fee buys several people's daily attention, as long as the percentage and the floor are in writing.
Which PPC agencies have the best reviews?
On Clutch as of October 2026: Sequence Commerce 5.0 (73), Trivium 5.0 (41), Olifant 5.0 (21), Nuanced Media 4.9 (29), Canopy 4.9 (35), Amazon Growth Lab 4.9 (50), Ad Advance 4.8 (19), Thrive 4.6 (112). On Trustpilot: My Amazon Guy 4.5 (495), Canopy 4.1 (113), Trivium 2.3 (13). Blue Wheel's Clutch profile is unclaimed with no reviews.
Is Evolve Media Agency a PPC agency?
We manage Sponsored Products, Brands and Display for Amazon brands at a flat fee ($995 or $1,995 a month by spend tier), with an audit and restructure for $995. We are three people and we also build the listing content the ads land on. We do not run DSP or streaming TV at scale; this page names who does.
How long should a PPC agency take to show results?
Expect 60 to 90 days: the first month is audit and restructure, the second is harvesting and negatives, the third is when the account is running on its own data. An agency promising a new ACoS in two weeks is either cutting spend or counting noise.
