10 Helium 10 Alternatives for Amazon Sellers (2026)

Helium 10 is twenty tools in one subscription, and most sellers use four of them. The alternatives are not one replacement; they are focused tools that do one of those four jobs better, usually for less. Ten of them, organized by the job you are hiring for, with what each costs, who it fits, and the stack that replaces a Platinum subscription for a $1M brand.

Quick Answer

There is no single Helium 10 replacement, because Helium 10 is a bundle and the alternatives are specialists. Choose by job. For product and market research: Jungle Scout (from about $49 a month, less annually) or, on a budget, AMZScout or SellerSprite. For keyword research and listing optimization: Data Dive (from about $39) and, for free, Amazon Brand Analytics through Brand Registry. For competitor and brand intelligence: SmartScout (from about $29). For price and Best Sellers Rank history: Keepa (about $19 a month or a few euros more depending on region). For profit and P&L analytics: Sellerboard (from about $19). For PPC automation at scale: Perpetua (custom, typically a few hundred dollars a month and up). For a lean all-in-one: ZonGuru (from about $29 to $49). Prices are as vendors and reviewers reported them in mid-2026, they disagree by up to double on some tools, and every one should be checked on the vendor's own page before buying. A $1M brand can replace a Helium 10 Platinum subscription with Data Dive plus Keepa plus Brand Analytics plus Sellerboard for roughly the same money and better data on each job.

Most brands on Helium 10 open Cerebro, Magnet and the Chrome extension, glance at the profit dashboard, and pay for seventeen tools they have never clicked. That is the case for alternatives, and it is also the reason the alternatives are not one product.

This is a roundup, so it should be judged on whether it helps you choose rather than on whether it flatters anyone. It is organized by job because that is how tool decisions are made, it gives the price as reported with a warning about how much the reports disagree, and it ends with the case for staying where you are, because for a lot of sellers the bundle is the right answer.

Disclosure

Evolve Media Agency is an Amazon services agency; we use several of these tools in client work and pay for them at list price. There are no affiliate links in this post and no tool named here has paid us or been asked to. Prices are as reported by vendors and reviewers in mid-2026, and they disagree, sometimes by a factor of two between sources for the same tool; each is given as "from about" with the caveat that the vendor's pricing page is the only authoritative number. Helium 10's own current tiers are stated from one source that quotes Helium 10's page.

01/12 Section

How To Read This (And Who Wrote The Sources)

Every "best Helium 10 alternatives" page we checked while writing this was published by one of the alternatives, or by a tool that wants to be one. SmartScout ranks SmartScout first. SellerSprite ranks SellerSprite first. A profit-tool vendor puts its own tool in the list. That is not a reason to ignore them, since they know their category, but it is the reason this post is organized by job rather than as a ranking: there is no honest "number one" across jobs that differ this much.

Definition

Job-to-be-done tool selection. Choosing software by the specific recurring task it performs (keyword research, price history, profit reporting) rather than by feature count or a single ranking, on the basis that a focused tool built for one task usually outperforms the equivalent module inside a bundle, and that two focused tools can cost less than the bundle they replace. The test is to list the four or five tasks you do weekly and price the best tool for each.

One more reading note: Amazon has also shipped free tools that overlap several of these products, above all Brand Analytics for keyword data. Where a free Amazon tool does the job, this post says so before the paid one.

What Helium 10 Costs And What You Use

As of mid-2026, per a guide quoting Helium 10's own pricing page: a limited free plan that excludes the core tools, Platinum at $129 a month ($99 billed annually), and Diamond at $359 a month ($279 annually), with an enterprise tier above. Reviewers writing earlier in 2026 quote lower Platinum figures, which suggests a price rise this year; check the page.

03/12 Section

Product Research: Jungle Scout, AMZScout, SellerSprite

1. Jungle Scout

Jungle Scout is the established research suite: product database, opportunity finder, sales estimates, a supplier database and a keyword tool, with a Chrome extension that reads live pages. Reported pricing runs from about $29 a month on an annual plan or $49 monthly for the entry tier, with mid tiers around $49 to $84 and agency plans from about $149. It fits sellers whose main job is finding and validating products, and whose keyword needs are moderate. Its sales estimates are the ones most sellers trust; its keyword tooling is adequate rather than deep, which is why it pairs with Data Dive below.

2. AMZScout

AMZScout is the budget research tool, with a PRO extension, a product database and training, and the distinguishing feature of a lifetime license that reviewers report in the high hundreds of dollars against monthly plans reported anywhere from about $16 on annual to about $60. It fits new and small sellers who want research without a subscription, and it is thin on keywords and PPC. If you are going to sell for years and only need research, the one-time price amortizes to almost nothing.

3. SellerSprite

SellerSprite covers research, keyword mining and reverse ASIN across nine or more marketplaces, with reported entry pricing from about $39 to $70 a month depending on the source and the discount. It fits sellers working across several international marketplaces, where its coverage is broader than most, and sellers who want a Helium-10-like feature set at a lower price. Its interface and documentation are built for its original Asian market first, and some US sellers find that a hurdle.

One test that applies to all three research tools: sales estimates are models, and every vendor's model is calibrated differently. Before trusting any of them, pull the estimate for three of your own ASINs, compare it with your real units for the same month, and note the direction and size of the error. A tool that overstates your category by 30% will overstate a competitor's the same way, and the ranking between products is usually more reliable than the absolute number. The tool you keep is the one whose error you understand.

04/12 Section

Keyword And Listing: Data Dive, Brand Analytics

4. Data Dive

Data Dive does one thing: it pulls the keyword universe for a set of competing ASINs, ranks the terms by relevance and volume, and builds a "master keyword list" you write the listing and the PPC structure from. Reported entry pricing is about $39 a month, with agency tiers from about $149. It fits brands and agencies whose bottleneck is listing and campaign keyword work, and it is the tool we reach for on that job. It does not do product research, price history or profit; it does keywords better than the bundle does.

5. Amazon Brand Analytics (free with Brand Registry)

Not a third-party tool, and the first thing to check before paying for keyword software. Brand Analytics gives search term volume rankings, the top three clicked ASINs and their click and conversion shares per term, search query performance for your own brand, and market basket data. It is free, it is Amazon's own data rather than an estimate, and for a brand-registered seller it replaces a surprising amount of paid keyword tooling. Its limits: it is your brand and the top terms, with no reverse-ASIN on arbitrary competitors and no historical tracking, which is where Data Dive and Keepa come in.

The high-converting listing guide covers what to do with the keyword list once you have it; the tools only produce the list.

05/12 Section

Competitor Intelligence: SmartScout

6. SmartScout

SmartScout approaches Amazon from the top down: a database of brands and sellers, revenue estimates by brand and subcategory, a seller map, and traffic and ad-spy views, with reported pricing from about $25 to $29 a month at entry and around $97 to $187 for the fuller tiers. It fits wholesale and brand-led sellers, agencies prospecting clients, and anyone whose question is "who is winning this category and how" rather than "what should I launch." Its keyword tooling is limited, so it sits beside Data Dive rather than replacing it. It publishes its own alternatives lists with itself at number one, which is worth knowing when you read them.

For a wider look at competitor monitoring tools, including the ones that watch pricing and reviews, the competitor spy tools roundup is the companion.

06/12 Section

Price History: Keepa

7. Keepa

Keepa is the price and Best Sellers Rank history tool, with a free browser extension that shows the chart on any product page and a paid tier, reported at about $19 a month in US dollars or a bit more in euros depending on region, that unlocks the data API, alerts and the full history. It fits everyone. It is the tool most likely to be on a serious seller's screen at any moment, because BSR history over two years tells you seasonality, competitor stock-outs and price wars in a way no estimate does. Its limits are that it does only this, and that its interface is dense; it is a data tool rather than a product.

Keepa is also the reason an all-in-one bundle's "history" features are weak by comparison: nobody else has been recording Amazon this long.

Keepa also has the only pricing that is stable across every source we checked, which says something about the tool: one product, one price, for years. Budget it as a fixed cost of selling rather than as a subscription to review.

07/12 Section

Profit Analytics: Sellerboard

8. Sellerboard

Sellerboard connects to Seller Central and shows profit per product per day after every fee, ad cost, refund and COGS you enter, with reported entry pricing from about $19 a month. It fits any seller who has ever tried to reconcile a settlement report by hand, which is every seller. The bundle's profit dashboard does a version of this; Sellerboard does it as its only job and does it more carefully, including PPC cost allocation and inventory-based reorder alerts. Its limits are that it is only as good as the COGS you enter, and it is not a research tool.

The Amazon P&L guide covers what the numbers mean once a tool like this produces them; the tool is the bookkeeper rather than the analyst.

08/12 Section

PPC Automation: Perpetua

9. Perpetua

Perpetua is an advertising platform: goal-based campaign automation with machine-learned bidding, creative tools, and reporting across Sponsored Products, Brands, Display and DSP. Pricing is custom and reviewers report it from a few hundred dollars a month at the low end, scaling with ad spend; one source quotes a higher entry figure, which is why "custom" is the honest answer. It fits brands spending enough on ads that automation's efficiency gains exceed its fee, which in our experience starts somewhere around $15,000 to $20,000 a month in spend. Below that, Helium 10's Adtomic, Amazon's own campaign automation, or a person with the search term report and the triage method in the PPC strategy guide does the job for less. Teikametrics is the closest peer, priced as a percentage of ad spend with a free tier, and is the alternative to this alternative.

09/12 Section

Lean All-In-One: ZonGuru

10. ZonGuru

ZonGuru is the budget bundle: niche finder, keyword tools, a listing optimizer with an Alibaba integration, and monitoring, at reported pricing from about $29 to $49 a month at entry and up to about $79 for the fuller tier. It fits a lean private-label seller who wants one login and one bill and does not need Helium 10's depth or Diamond-tier PPC. It is the honest answer for "I want Helium 10 but cheaper"; the trade is that every module is lighter than the specialist above it, so it is a bundle for sellers whose jobs are all moderate rather than one job that is heavy.

Read the price column as a range with an error bar. Sources for this post quoted AMZScout anywhere from about $16 to $60 a month and SellerSprite from $39 to $70, and Helium 10's own tiers appear to have risen during 2026. The vendor page on the day you buy is the number.

Two columns need explaining. "Fits" is our judgment of the seller each tool was built for, from using them on client accounts; it is not a rating, and a tool that fits one job badly may be the best in the world at another. "Weak at" is the job the tool does not attempt, which is a description rather than a criticism, since the whole argument of this post is that specialists are specialists. The gaps in the table are the reason the stacks in the next section pair tools rather than pick one.

Three Stacks By Seller Stage

Replacing The Bundle By What You Do Weekly
Validating
Pre-Launch, Under $5K A Month

Jungle Scout entry plus Keepa's free extension. Roughly $30 to $50 a month against Helium 10 Platinum, and the two tools do the two jobs that matter at this stage: is there demand, and what does the price and rank history say.

Growing
$1M Brand, Listings And PPC In-House

Data Dive for keywords, Brand Analytics for free search data, Keepa paid for history, Sellerboard for profit. About $80 a month against Platinum's $99 to $129, with a better tool on each of the four jobs and nothing you do not open.

Scaling
$5M+, Ads Over $15K A Month

The growing stack plus Perpetua for ads and SmartScout for category intelligence. More than Diamond in total, and worth it only if the ad automation is measurably beating a human on the search term report; test it against your own triage before committing.

All Stages
The Free Layer First

Brand Analytics, Keepa's extension, Amazon's own campaign automation and the Search Query Performance dashboard cover more than they did two years ago. Price the paid tools against what Seller Central gives you for nothing.

The growing stack is the one most readers of this site should price, and the reason is in the table: four specialists, each better at its job than the bundle's module, for the same money. The cost is four logins and four bills, which is real, and section 12 is for the seller who would rather not.

When To Stay On Helium 10

  • You open five or more of its tools every week. The bundle is priced for that seller and no stack of specialists beats it on convenience.
  • Your team already knows it. Retraining three people on four tools to save $30 a month is a bad trade.
  • You use Adtomic and it is working. Diamond's PPC automation is lighter than Perpetua; if your ACoS is on target with it, the alternative is a more expensive tool solving a problem you do not have.
  • You want one number on one bill. Some founders would rather overpay slightly than manage four subscriptions, and that is a legitimate preference with a known price.
  • You are on the free plan and it is enough. The free tier lost its core tools in 2026, but for a seller who only needs the extension occasionally, free is free.
Helium 10 is not overpriced; it is over-bundled for most of the people paying for it. List what you open weekly, price the best tool for each, and the decision makes itself.
The roundup in two sentences

The counterweight, since we sell services and use these tools on clients' behalf: no tool on this list finds a product, writes a listing or runs a campaign. They produce the keyword list, the history chart and the profit line, and the work is what you do with them. A $30 stack in the hands of someone who reads it weekly beats a $359 subscription nobody opens, and the founder AI stack covers the tools around these that turn the data into decisions.

Key Takeaways

What To Remember

  • Helium 10 is a bundle and its alternatives are specialists; there is no single replacement, and every roundup ranking one is written by a vendor.
  • Choose by job: Jungle Scout, AMZScout or SellerSprite for research; Data Dive plus free Brand Analytics for keywords; SmartScout for competitor intelligence; Keepa for history; Sellerboard for profit; Perpetua for PPC at scale; ZonGuru as the lean bundle.
  • Check Amazon's free tools first: Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, Keepa's free extension and Amazon's own campaign automation replace more paid tooling than they did two years ago.
  • Prices disagree by up to double across sources for the same tool, and Helium 10's tiers appear to have risen in 2026 (reported at $129 Platinum and $359 Diamond monthly); the vendor's page is the only real number.
  • A $1M brand can replace Platinum with Data Dive, Brand Analytics, Keepa and Sellerboard for about the same money and a better tool on each of the four jobs.
  • PPC automation pays above roughly $15,000 a month in ad spend; below that, a person with the search term report and a triage method does the job.
  • Stay on the bundle if you open five or more of its tools weekly, your team knows it, or you value one bill; over-bundled is the problem, and it only applies to sellers who do not use the bundle.

Where This Came From

  1. Vendor pricing pages for Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, SmartScout, Keepa, Sellerboard, SellerSprite, ZonGuru, AMZScout and Perpetua, which are authoritative for current pricing and were not always consistent with third-party reports on September 15, 2026.
  2. Third-party comparisons published in 2026, including SellerForge's buyer's guide (the source for Helium 10's mid-2026 tiers as quoted from Helium 10's page), and alternatives lists published by SmartScout, SellerSprite and Keywords.am. Every one of these is a vendor with a tool in the category, which is why this post is organized by job rather than rank and why prices are given as ranges.
  3. Amazon Seller Central, Brand Analytics and Search Query Performance documentation (login required; cited by name).
  4. Evolve Media Agency client tooling, 2019-2026. First-party; the job framework, the stacks by stage, and the $15,000-a-month ad-spend threshold for automation are our judgments from client work, and we pay list price for the tools we use.

Questions

Twelve things sellers ask before they cancel or renew.
What is the best Helium 10 alternative?

There is not one, because Helium 10 is a bundle and the alternatives are specialists. For product research, Jungle Scout; for keyword and listing work, Data Dive plus Amazon's free Brand Analytics; for competitor intelligence, SmartScout; for price and rank history, Keepa; for profit tracking, Sellerboard; for PPC automation at scale, Perpetua; for a cheaper bundle, ZonGuru. Choose by the job you do weekly.

How much does Helium 10 cost in 2026?

Per a mid-2026 guide quoting Helium 10's own page: a limited free plan without the core tools, Platinum at $129 a month or $99 billed annually, Diamond at $359 a month or $279 annually, and an enterprise tier above. Reviewers writing earlier in 2026 quoted lower Platinum figures, which suggests a rise this year; the pricing page is the only authoritative number.

Is Jungle Scout better than Helium 10?

For product research and sales estimates, many sellers prefer it, and its entry pricing (reported from about $29 annual or $49 monthly) is lower. For keyword research and PPC it is lighter than Helium 10, which is why the common pairing is Jungle Scout for research plus Data Dive for keywords. Neither is better across every job; the question is which jobs you do.

What is the cheapest alternative to Helium 10?

Free: Amazon Brand Analytics for search term data (with Brand Registry) and Keepa's free browser extension for price and rank charts. Cheapest paid: Keepa's full tier at about $19 a month, Sellerboard from about $19, and AMZScout with a one-time lifetime license that reviewers report in the high hundreds of dollars. A validation-stage seller can run Jungle Scout entry plus Keepa for under $70.

Can I replace Helium 10 with free tools?

Partly. Brand Analytics covers search term volume, top clicked ASINs and your own brand's search query performance; Keepa's extension covers price and BSR history on any page; Amazon's campaign automation covers basic PPC. What free tools do not cover is reverse-ASIN keyword research on arbitrary competitors, historical keyword tracking, and profit reconciliation, which is where Data Dive, Keepa paid and Sellerboard come in.

Which tool is best for Amazon keyword research?

Data Dive, in our client work, because building the master keyword list from competing ASINs is its only job and it does it more thoroughly than the keyword modules inside bundles. Pair it with Brand Analytics for Amazon's own search term data. Helium 10's Cerebro and Magnet remain capable; the difference is depth and workflow rather than data access.

Is Data Dive worth it?

For a brand or agency that builds listings and PPC campaigns from keyword research regularly, yes at its reported entry price of about $39 a month, because that is the one job it does and it does it well. For a seller who touches keywords once at launch and rarely after, the free Brand Analytics data plus a one-month subscription at launch is enough.

What does Keepa do that Helium 10 does not?

It has been recording Amazon price and Best Sellers Rank history for longer than anyone, so its two-year charts show seasonality, competitor stock-outs, price wars and rank volatility in a way estimates cannot. The free extension puts the chart on every product page; the paid tier (about $19 a month) unlocks the API, alerts and full history. Serious sellers run it alongside whatever else they use.

When does PPC automation software pay for itself?

In our experience, above roughly $15,000 to $20,000 a month in ad spend, where a platform like Perpetua (custom pricing, reported from a few hundred dollars a month and scaling with spend) can find efficiency a person cannot manage manually. Below that, Helium 10's Adtomic, Amazon's own automation, or a weekly triage of the search term report by a person does the job for less. Test automation against your own manual results before committing.

What is the best profit tracking tool for Amazon sellers?

Sellerboard is the specialist: it connects to Seller Central and shows profit per product per day after fees, ads, refunds and the COGS you enter, from about $19 a month. Helium 10's Profits module does a lighter version. Either is only as good as the cost data you give it, and neither replaces reading the settlement report once a month yourself.

Should I switch from Helium 10 to a stack of specialist tools?

If you open two or three Helium 10 tools weekly, yes: Data Dive, Brand Analytics, Keepa and Sellerboard cover the four common jobs for roughly the price of Platinum with a better tool on each. If you open five or more, your team knows the interface, or you value one bill over a few dollars saved, stay. The problem is over-bundling, and it only applies to sellers who do not use the bundle.

Why do the prices in different roundups disagree?

Because vendors change plans and prices often, reviewers quote annual versus monthly rates inconsistently, some quote discounted or promotional prices, and most alternatives lists are written by a vendor in the category with an interest in the comparison. For this post, sources disagreed by up to a factor of two on several tools, which is why every price is given as "from about" and the vendor's pricing page is named as the only real number.
