Of the 16 agencies with a live Walmart offer that we checked on October 22, 2026, two publish a complete price, one publishes a single starting figure, and six never mention Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS). The top Google results are written by the agencies in them. Here are twelve ranked for a $1M to $10M Amazon brand opening Walmart.com, what each one costs where that is public, and the Walmart fees, requirements and 2026 new-seller discounts straight from Walmart's own pages.
Short answer
For an Amazon brand adding Walmart: Evolve Media Agency ($995 setup with five listings, $995 for ten listings converted and WFS-prepped, $995 a month for Walmart Connect ads, no percentage of spend). The alternatives: WebFX (the only full price card: from $975 a month plus $4,500 to $18,300 setup), My Amazon Guy (launch "as little as $2,500," period not stated), Canopy Management (quote only, WFS included), SellCord (Walmart-only, 150+ people, for $10M+ brands). Walmart charges no setup or monthly fee; referral fees run 3% to 20% with 15% most common; WFS ships a 1 lb item for $3.45; and first-time sellers who start after February 1, 2026 get 20% to 40% off referral fees, capped at $72,000 in savings, through January 31, 2027.

A Walmart engagement for an Amazon brand has four parts: the application and account setup, converting the catalog into listings Walmart's algorithm will rank, the fulfillment decision (WFS, your own warehouse, or Amazon MCF), and Walmart Connect ads. On October 22, 2026, we loaded the Walmart pages of 16 agencies with a live Walmart offer (Pattern, a reseller rather than an agency, and seven firms with no Walmart offer today are outside that count) plus Walmart's Solution Provider directory, and recorded what each sells, the published price or Clutch minimum, whether WFS is mentioned at all, the review profile, and whether the page describes Walmart as it is in 2026. The ranking weighs those for a $1M to $10M Amazon brand that is not on Walmart yet.
Two warnings about this category. First, the top five Google results are an agency's own service page dressed as a ranking (WebFX), two roundups by SalesDuo that rank SalesDuo first with every price listed as "Custom," a directory that charges agencies $399 a year to be listed, and a 2025 article. Second, several agency pages still describe Walmart ad formats that were retired years ago ("catapult ads," "native banner ads") and quote ad minimums Walmart does not publish. We flag each case in the entry. It does not mean the work is bad; it means the page has not been read in a while.
Evolve ($995 blocks), WebFX (full four-tier card), My Amazon Guy ("as little as $2,500"), Teikametrics (software only). Everyone else quotes.
Evolve, My Amazon Guy, Canopy and Channel Key describe WFS work. SellCord, BlueRyse, Thrive, Urtasker, Vertical Rail and beBOLD never mention it. No agency publishes a WFS prep fee.
Evolve and Channel Key (on its About page) say so in writing. WebFX charges the greater of a flat fee or 10% to 15% of spend above its entry tier. Most others do not say.
2025 footers today: SellCord, Urtasker, Vertical Rail. Retired ad formats named: WebFX, Urtasker. A pricing page with no prices: BlueRyse.
A Business Tax ID (an SSN is not accepted) or business license, documents verifying business name and address, marketplace or ecommerce sales history, products with GS1 GTINs, a Marketplace Wallet or approved payment account, and fulfillment through WFS or a US B2C warehouse that handles returns. "Zero setup, monthly, or hidden fees." A referral fee on each sale, on the total price including shipping: 3% (watches over $1,500) to 20% (jewelry up to $250); 15% for home, kitchen, toys, tools, pet and most apparel; 8% consumer electronics and major appliances; 6% PCs; 8% to 15% beauty, health, grocery and baby; 15% for everything else. Source: Walmart referral fees.
By shipping weight including 0.25 lb packaging: 1 lb or less $3.45; 2 lb $4.95; 3 lb $5.45; 4 to 20 lb $5.75 plus $0.40 a pound over 4; 21 to 30 lb $15.55 plus $0.40 a pound over 21; 31 to 50 lb $14.55 plus $0.40 over 31 (the 21 to 30 lb base is higher than the 31 to 50 lb base; that is how Walmart prints it).
Surcharges: apparel and hazmat $0.50; items retailing under $10, $1; oversize $3 or $20.
Storage $0.75 per cubic foot per month January to September, rising in Q4 and to $2.25 past 12 months. Source: Walmart Marketplace pricing and the WFS page. Walmart's "15% cheaper than rivals" claim is Walmart's own data.
For first-time sellers who start after February 1, 2026. Referral fee discounts of 20% on the first $50,000 in sales, 30% from $50,001 to $500,000 and 40% above that, capped at $72,000 in savings, through January 31, 2027. Also 10% off eligible WFS fulfillment fees up to $2,000. A $500 Walmart Connect credit (needs an item with a Listing Quality score of 80+ and fast shipping or WFS, used within 28 days of first spend). And a 50% rebate on search engine marketing (SEM) spend, up to $1,000, for Brand Portal owners after $2,000 in SEM spend. Source: Walmart NSS offer details. If an agency does not bring this up, bring it up.
Walmart's current US pages publish no minimum for Sponsored Products (walmartconnect.com). The last Walmart-authored figure is a September 2020 notice lowering budgets to $100 per campaign and $50 a day. Any agency page claiming Walmart requires $100 a day is not quoting Walmart. Campaign structure is in our Walmart Connect guide.
Colorado · founded 2017 · 3 people
What we sell: Walmart Marketplace setup for Amazon sellers: the application and Seller Center configuration, Amazon-to-Walmart listing conversion checked against the Listing Quality score, WFS enrollment and inbound prep, and Walmart Connect ads, sold as fixed 10-hour blocks at $100 an hour with no percentage of sales or ad spend.
We publish this page. We are first on the stated method: every Walmart service we sell has a published fixed price, and WFS prep is in the listings block instead of an add-on. We are three people in Colorado, so the bench is small; the entries below say when a bigger team is the right call.
Setup plus first 5 listings $995 (application through go-live). Listings pack $995 (10 listings converted and WFS-prepped). Walmart Connect ads management $995 a month (10 hours, cancel any month). Ad spend billed by Walmart, not marked up. 100% upfront, 3 to 5 weeks per block plus Walmart's approval time.

Harrisburg, PA · founded 1995 · Clutch 4.9 (454)
What they sell: Walmart Marketplace management in four tiers covering listings and Sponsored Products ads. Aggressive: $975 a month, up to $5,000 ad spend, $4,500 setup, up to 20 listings. Market Leader: $975 or 15% of spend, $5,001 to $30,000, $9,650 setup, 50 listings. Trailblazer: $4,500 or 12%, to $100,000, $18,300 setup, 100 listings. Enterprise: $12,000 or 10%.
The only full Walmart price card we found anywhere, backed by the largest review count in the category. The setup fees are steep for a brand testing the channel, and the page needs an edit: it lists "catapult ads" and "native banner ads," formats Walmart retired years ago, and says Walmart requires a $100 daily ad minimum, which Walmart's own documents do not (see the Walmart section). Setup runs over two months.
Management from $975 a month. Setup $4,500 (up to 20 listings), $9,650 (50) or $18,300 (100). Higher tiers are the greater of the flat fee or 10% to 15% of ad spend.

Atlanta, GA · founded 2018 · Trustpilot 4.5 (495)
What they sell: Walmart launch for Amazon sellers: seller registration, Brand Portal, feed catalog onboarding, GTIN validation, Amazon-to-Walmart listing adaptation and Listing Quality work, Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands where eligible, WFS enrollment and inbound.
The scope is the right one for an Amazon-first brand and reads almost identically to ours, with a far bigger team behind it. The published "as little as $2,500" is not labeled one-time or monthly, so get that in writing. Clutch shows no reviews; Trustpilot is strong. Site says Atlanta, Clutch says Duluth, GA.
"Launch on Walmart for as little as $2,500." Billing period not stated. No percentage of spend published.

Austin, TX · since 2015 per its site (Clutch says 2018) · Clutch 4.9 (35) · Trustpilot 4.1 (113)
What they sell: Full-service Walmart management: application help, API catalog integration, Walmart SEO, Sponsored Products testing, WFS inventory strategy and Seller Center monitoring, for D2C brands already on Amazon.
A strong Amazon agency with a real Walmart offer, including WFS, from one of the better-reviewed names on Clutch. No price published. The case studies on the Walmart page are Amazon results (Zugu +161%), and the headline claims (84% average profit increase, 99.1% retention) are the agency's own.

Los Angeles, CA and Bentonville, AR · 150+ team · Walmart only
What they sell: Everything Walmart: account application, onboarding, listing creation, rich media, Walmart Connect ads with its own budget tool, 1P management, DSV-to-3P migration and reinstatements, from a team of 150+ across LA, Bentonville, Shanghai, Bangalore and Colombia.
The only Walmart-exclusive agency on the list, with an office in Walmart's hometown and a listing in both Walmart's Solution Provider directory and the Walmart Connect partner list. It markets to "large-scale brands," publishes no prices, has zero Trustpilot reviews and never mentions WFS prep, and its footer says 2025. The Walmart directory profile still shows 50+ brands versus 500+ on its own site.

Las Vegas, NV (per DesignRush) · founded 2017 · 250+ brands
What they sell: Walmart listings and SEO, variations, paid search and display (Sponsored Products, Onsite Display), WFS coordination and inventory forecasting, scoped and priced per engagement rather than as a percentage of spend.
One of two agencies here (with us) that say in writing they do not charge a percentage of spend: its About page says it scopes to the work, "not a percentage of your spend." Its Walmart page does not state fees. The site publishes no prices, no address and no Walmart case numbers, and rate-limits visitors; the review footprint is thin (DesignRush 3.9 from 4). Note that Clutch's "channel-key" profile is a different company.
No prices published; fees scoped per engagement.

New York, NY · founded 2017 · Clutch 4.9 (4)
What they sell: Walmart Sponsored Products and Brands, keyword indexing, title rewrites, suppression fixes, duplicate consolidation, TwoDay shipping setup, variants and virtual packs, starting with a free audit and a 90-day test plan.
The 90-day test framing is the right way to open Walmart, and the listing-repair scope (suppressions, duplicates) is unusually specific. Headline claims (3.2x revenue in 90 days, 67% lower CPC than Amazon) are not tied to a named Walmart case. Clutch lists a $5,000 minimum and four reviews.
No prices published. Clutch: $5,000+ minimum project.

The deepest Walmart Connect stack here, including DSP and Luminate, with named enterprise cases (Callaway +241% YoY, Duracell +67% year one). WFS appears only in the navigation. Primarily Canadian with a New York address. No prices.

Software plus managed services · G2 4.5 (132)
What they sell: Ad software for Amazon, Walmart and TikTok Shop (Essentials $149 a month annual or $179 monthly, up to $10,000 in ad spend; Advanced and Enterprise custom plus 3% of spend over $10,000, with Walmart Onsite Display) and a managed-services arm aimed at sellers doing $500,000 or more a year.
Listed because many brands should run Walmart ads themselves with software before paying an agency, and Teikametrics publishes its software prices. Managed services are quote only. The pricing page carries both 2025 and 2026 copyright lines and the Enterprise row repeats the Advanced threshold.
Essentials $149 a month (annual) or $179 (monthly) to $10,000 ad spend. Advanced and Enterprise custom plus 3% of spend over $10,000. Managed services quoted.

What they sell: Walmart Sponsored Products and brand ads, SEO, content and repricing from a large offshore-heavy team ("789+" employees) with 50+ Walmart ad specialists.
Good Clutch footprint and a low-cost bench. The Walmart page still names retired formats (catapult, native banner), the footer says 2025, and experience claims conflict across the site (7 years, 5+ years, since 2017). The 200% conversion-rate claim names no client.

What they sell: Walmart account setup, storefront, SEO, content, review strategy, ads and inventory reporting inside a general digital agency.
A large generalist with a long review history and a Walmart page that never says Walmart Connect or WFS, which says something about how deep the Walmart specialization goes. The intake form's lowest budget band is $2,500 to $5,000 a month. No Walmart case studies.
No prices published; budget form starts at $2,500 to $5,000 a month.

Costa Mesa, CA · founded 2017 · Clutch minimum $1,000+
What they sell: Walmart account setup, listing optimization and images, and ad campaigns from a 10-to-49-person Amazon agency.
The FAQ gives a range ("a few hundred to several thousand dollars a month") rather than a price, and Clutch lists a $1,000 minimum, which makes it one of the few quote-only shops that fits a small test. No Walmart case numbers and no reviews on Clutch; the 98% retention and 82% profit-growth claims are the agency's own.
"A few hundred to several thousand" a month per the FAQ; Clutch minimum $1,000+. Treat as a range, not a quote.

Walmart's application asks for marketplace or ecommerce sales history. An agency cannot manufacture that. Launch on Amazon or your own store first.
Walmart monitors your price elsewhere, including your own Amazon listing, and can suppress a listing priced higher on Walmart. If your Amazon price strategy cannot be matched on Walmart, fix that before paying anyone to list.
A 15% referral fee plus WFS plus an agency fee on ten low-margin SKUs rarely pays back. The New-Seller Savings make 2026 the cheapest year to test, but test with the discount math, not the hope.
Walmart's approval clock is Walmart's. Agencies that promise a go-live date they do not control are promising on Walmart's behalf.
Several pages here quote lifts from Amazon cases or from unnamed clients. Ask for a Walmart result with a brand name attached.
You can. The application is a form and documents. Hire for the listing conversion, the WFS decision and the ads, where the Listing Quality score and the fee math do the damage. Our performance standards guide covers what gets accounts suspended after launch.
Evolve and Channel Key say no percentage. WebFX charges the greater of a flat fee or 10% to 15% of spend above the entry tier. Get the formula, not the adjective.
Six of the 16 pages never mention WFS. Nobody publishes a prep fee. Ask.
If they do not know what you are talking about, that is your answer.
Walmart's algorithm weights attribute completeness. A converted listing that scores under 80 ranks poorly and does not qualify for the ad credit.
Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands for most brands; Onsite Display and DSP for larger ones. If they name catapult or native banner ads, the page and the pitch are both out of date.
The application review is Walmart's clock; listing conversion and WFS prep are the agency's; 3 to 8 weeks is normal.
You do. If the agency creates them under its own logins, you have a problem when you leave.
