We checked 19 UGC providers on October 22, 2026. Fourteen publish a price, which is better than any other category we have ranked. Four mention Amazon product pages. None publish Amazon's video specs or the one rule that gets most creator video rejected on a listing. This page explains the rules, then ranks the twelve worth buying from.
Short answer
For an Amazon brand, the published prices in October 2026 run from $25 a video on JoinBrands (the only marketplace selling Amazon Shoppable Videos through the Influencer Program) to $89 to $259 on soona (license names Amazon), $99 on Billo, $124 to $199 on Clip and $325 on Twirl. Studio-made review video is $495 at Evolve Media Agency ($1,295 for three, $2,495 for six, perpetual license, talent releases, 16:9 Sponsored Brands cut on every video). The two Amazon rules that matter: paid creator video cannot be posted as a customer review or customer video, and Sponsored Brands video must be 16:9 with no star ratings or review counts on screen. Buy the 16:9 cut and the written license, or budget a re-edit.

"UGC agency" covers three different purchases: a studio that scripts and shoots a review-style video with hired talent, a marketplace where you brief creators and pay per video, and a seeding platform where creators post on their own channels. We checked 19 of them on October 22, 2026, and recorded the price per video or per plan, the license (organic, paid, whitelisting, perpetual or not), turnaround, the formats delivered, whether talent releases are mentioned, and whether the provider says anything at all about Amazon's rules. The ranking weighs those for an Amazon brand that needs the video on a listing, in Sponsored Brands, or both.
Nobody publishes a talent release. The marketplaces say creator contracts and licensing are handled in the platform; the agencies define rights per contract; Collabstr leaves rights to negotiation on every deal. If a video will run as an Amazon ad for three years, get the release and the license as documents, not as a line in a FAQ.
Evolve ($495, packs $1,295 and $2,495). Scripted, shot with vetted talent, delivered in three formats with the Amazon cut. Highest price per video; the 16:9 cut, the claims check and the release are built in.
JoinBrands from $25, soona $89 to $259, Billo from $99, Clip $124 to $199, Twirl from $325, Trend packs from $550, Insense from $100 plus a plan. You brief, the creator shoots, you approve. Formats and rights vary; the entries say how.
Stack Influence about $30 a post, minisocial from $3,000 per ten creators, Influee by subscription. The output is social posts and raw clips, not a listing video.
Perpetual or unlimited: Evolve, Cohley, Twirl, Clip, Trend, JoinBrands, soona (names Amazon). 90-day whitelisting only: Aspire. Negotiated per deal: Collabstr. Contradictory on the same site: Insense ("full digital copyright" in one place, "creator keeps copyright" in the FAQ).
These come from Amazon's own pages, loaded October 22, 2026. No provider on this list puts them on its pricing page, and they decide whether the video you buy is usable.
Amazon's Community Guidelines prohibit creating a review in exchange for compensation and posting content whose main purpose is to promote a company. A video you paid for goes up as brand content (listing video, A+, Sponsored Brands) or through the Amazon Influencer Program and Creator Connections, never as a shopper upload. Source: Amazon Community Guidelines.
Brand Registry is not required; you need a Professional account and three months of selling history. .mov or .mp4, up to 1080p, under 5 GB, 1 to 12 minutes, up to four videos per ASIN, reviewed against the community guidelines and usually live within three days. Source: Amazon Seller Blog, product video. Our specs guide has the full checklist.
6 to 45 seconds (20 or under recommended), 16:9 at 1280 by 720 or higher, .mp4 or .mov, under 500 MB, no letterboxing, autoplays muted. Moderation rejects customer reviews and star ratings on screen (even if they are real Amazon reviews), deals or prices, flashing elements, urgent language, black frames at the start or end, and claims not on the detail page. Sources: Sponsored Brands video specs and moderation guide.
Most marketplaces deliver vertical by default and charge for extra crops (Billo, Clip at $29) or include two formats (Twirl). A creator saying "I love this" is fine; a creator saying "five stars" or showing the review count is a rejection. Brief the creator before the shoot, not after.
Amazon Influencer Program videos are eligible to appear across Amazon, including detail pages, and Creator Connections lets brands pay bonus commissions and flat fees for sponsored content. JoinBrands' Amazon Shoppable Videos and Stack Influence's seeding both lean on this. Source: About Amazon, September 2026. Our influencer program playbook covers the setup.
Colorado · founded 2017 · 3 people
What we sell: Review-style UGC video made in our Colorado studio with vetted talent, a script that sounds like a person, and a perpetual license with signed talent releases. Every video is delivered in 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9, with the 16:9 cut sized for Amazon listings and Sponsored Brands video. Listing upload is included on the three- and six-packs.
We publish this page. We are first on the stated method because we are the only provider on the list whose published package names Amazon's requirements: the 16:9 Sponsored Brands cut, the listing upload, and a perpetual license with a signed talent release. On price per video and on volume, the marketplaces below beat us, and their entries say so.
One 25-second UGC review video $495. Three-video pack $1,295 (three angles or three products, Amazon listing upload included). Six-video pack $2,495 (adds raw footage and mixed presenters). Perpetual license, talent releases, all three aspect ratios. Samples shipped to talent at your cost. Usually 2 to 3 weeks from brief to files, up to 5 depending on the project.

What they sell: A creator marketplace with an Amazon sellers page: UGC videos, "Amazon Shoppable Videos" through the Amazon Influencer Program, TikTok Shop videos and LIVEs, with unlimited usage rights.
The closest thing to an Amazon-specialized marketplace: it sells shoppable videos posted by Amazon influencers (which is the sanctioned way to get creator video onto a detail page) and says the videos can be reused in Sponsored Brands and A+. Content prices are the same on every plan; the platform fee drops from 15% on the free plan to 8% on the $499 a month plan. Images 5 days, videos 10 days after the creator gets the product. No Amazon specs or compliance guidance on the page; 4K only on paid tiers.
UGC videos and Amazon Shoppable Videos from $25 each; images from $10. Plans: free (15% fee), $99 (12%), $299 (10%), $499 a month (8%).

What they sell: A creator marketplace with software and managed options and a page built for Amazon: UGC for listings, storefronts and Amazon Ads creative, with Meta Partnership Ads whitelisting built in.
Plans run $500 a month (billed $1,500 a quarter) with a 10% marketplace fee, $650 a month on trial at 20%, and $800 a month for agencies at 7%, pitched at Amazon aggregators. UGC starts at $100 a video before creator pay. Rights are described as full digital rights for organic and paid in perpetuity in one place and "creator keeps copyright" in the FAQ; get it in writing. The Amazon page says 14 to 20 days versus 7 to 10 elsewhere on the site.

San Francisco, CA · founded 2019 · Trustpilot 4.0 (521)
What they sell: A self-serve UGC video marketplace with prepaid packs, a CreativeOps subscription from $149 a month, and managed service from $2,000 a month.
Videos start at $99 with two revisions and full usage rights for ads and your own channels after approval. The catch for Amazon: one aspect ratio per brief, with extra crops (1:1, 4:5) as add-ons, so the 16:9 Sponsored Brands cut costs extra. No public pricing page (it redirects to login); turnaround and talent releases are not stated; the homepage says 37,000 brands while the page metadata says 22,000.
Videos start at $99, prepaid packs; CreativeOps from $149 a month; managed from $2,000 a month.

What they sell: Micro-influencer seeding: creators get product, post about it on social, and you pay about $30 per completed post with a full rights license; positioned as external traffic to Amazon for the Brand Referral Bonus.
Not a video production shop; the content is whatever the creator posts, and the point is social posts that send traffic to your listing. Their own September 2026 article correctly says incentivized reviews are banned and that storefront uploads do not guarantee placement. The strongest review count on this list. The pricing page footer shows an unfilled "{year}" placeholder.
About $30 on average per completed influencer post. No monthly fee.

The only provider on the list showing an Amazon Ads partner badge, though the page says nothing else about Amazon. Each credit buys a 15 to 60 second video in two of 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 or 16:9, two revisions and unlimited paid and organic rights; whitelisting on request. First order is four videos. Their on-page calculator math does not add up ($170 times 10 shown as $7,600), so check the invoice.

A review-style video on a page with two reviews reads as staged. Spend that $495 on photos instead and get the first twenty reviews; our review strategy guide is the order of operations.
Every provider on this list needs product in a creator's hands, at your cost, often with no return. Budget the units.
That is the policy violation Amazon enforces hardest. Paid video is brand content or influencer content, labeled as such. A vendor who tells you otherwise is selling you a suspension.
Supplements, topicals and devices carry claims rules on top of Amazon's. A creator ad-libbing "cured my back" is a rejection on Amazon and an FTC problem off it. Script it; see product compliance.
Marketplace plans with monthly fees ($99 to $999) only make sense at volume. For one or three videos, pay per video (Clip, soona, Evolve).
The cheapest video on this list is still wasted if the creator is not told the one claim, the one objection and the one shot that matters. Write the brief; our whitelisting guide includes the rights language.
Billo: one per brief, crops extra. Twirl: two of four. Clip: +$29. Evolve: all three. Amazon ads need 16:9.
Perpetual and unlimited (Evolve, Twirl, Clip, Cohley) versus 90 days of whitelisting (Aspire) versus negotiated (Collabstr).
Nobody publishes one. Ask for it by name.
No star ratings, no review counts, no prices, no urgency language, no claims not on the detail page.
Review-style video that sounds like a person is still a script. For regulated products the script is the compliance document.
Two rounds is the common published answer (Billo, soona, Twirl). A re-edit to 16:9 after the fact is a new deliverable almost everywhere.
That is the whole test. A TikTok reel in a portfolio does not prove either.
