Buyers ask AI assistants which Amazon agency has the most reviews on Clutch, and the answers rarely give a number. We recorded the Clutch and Trustpilot review counts for 49 Amazon agencies on October 22, 2026. Most have fewer reviews than you might expect, about a third have none we could find, and award badges turned out to say very little about review counts.
Short answer
Fewer than you would guess. Of 49 Amazon agencies we recorded on October 22, 2026, 27 have at least one Clutch review, with a median of 21 among those 27, and 17 have no public review we could locate. The most reviewed are My Amazon Guy (495 on Trustpilot), WebFX (454 on Clutch), AMZ One Step (434 on Trustpilot), Logical Position (278 across both) and Ecomclips (201). The ten most reviewed agencies hold 86% of the 2,858 reviews we counted.

Clutch plus Trustpilot
The agencies. In October 2026 we researched 20 buyer questions about hiring Amazon help, such as the best PPC agencies or the best agencies for supplement brands. For each, we recorded the agencies that showed up in the top search results and other publishers' roundups. This dataset is every Amazon agency from those 20 research files that sells Amazon account management, Amazon advertising, or Amazon creative work, with at least one review source checked. That gave 49 agencies. We left out software tools, freelance marketplaces, photo studios, influencer platforms, agencies that sell only Walmart or TikTok Shop, and Evolve Media Agency.
The counts. For each agency we used the review count and star rating on its Clutch profile and its Trustpilot profile, as our researchers recorded them on October 22, 2026. Clutch blocks automated reads, so we cite the figures recorded that day rather than a fresh read. Where an agency shows a Google review count on its own site, we note it but do not add it to the totals, because we did not read it from Google. The "total" for each agency is its Clutch count plus its Trustpilot count. We did not count review sites the agencies run themselves.
Duplicates and conflicts. Several agencies appeared in more than one research file. We kept one record per agency. Where two files disagreed, we kept the count from the profile that was positively matched to the right company, or the later reading, and we list every conflict further down this page.
Clutch gathers each review itself from the client and checks that the reviewer is real, so its counts are smaller but harder to fake. Agencies still choose which clients to ask, so a Clutch profile is a sample the agency picked, not a random one.
Anyone with an account can review a company on Trustpilot, client or not, and companies can invite reviews in bulk. That is why Trustpilot counts run higher and why a single agency's count can mix clients, job applicants and strangers.
Every figure is what a profile showed on October 22, 2026. Counts change every week. Treat this as a snapshot, not a running score.
One agency, Sequence Commerce, came back as "none found" in two research files because Clutch did not load, then showed 73 reviews in a third. A zero here means our researchers could not find reviews that day, not proof that none exist.
Two agencies share a Clutch name with an unrelated company (Trivium Group and Acadia). We say which profile we used for each.
These are the agencies buyers are most likely to see when they search, because that is how we found them. Agencies with no search presence are not here.
Our researchers recorded Trustpilot for 23 of the 49 agencies. For the other 26, including 7 of the 17 with no review located, we have the Clutch figure only, so a Trustpilot count may exist that we did not see.
We computed every figure below in Python from the dataset. Counts are numbers of agencies unless they say reviews.
Two patterns stand out. First, star ratings do not separate agencies: almost every rated agency shows 4.5 or better, so the count tells you more than the stars. Second, the agencies named most often in our research are not the most reviewed on Clutch. Of the ten agencies that appeared in the most research files, three (My Amazon Guy, SalesDuo, AMZ One Step) have a Clutch profile with no reviews, and Kenji ROI's Clutch page did not load. Being recommended often and being reviewed often are different things.
Ranked by Clutch reviews plus Trustpilot reviews, as recorded October 22, 2026.
If you only count Clutch, the top ten changes: WebFX (454), Thrive (112), Sequence Commerce (73), Ecomclips (50), Amazon Growth Lab (50), Seller Interactive (47), Trivium Group (41), Canopy Management (35), eStore Factory (35) and BellaVix (34). Three of the top four on the combined list (My Amazon Guy, AMZ One Step, Logical Position) have 2 or fewer Clutch reviews between them, because almost all of their reviews are on Trustpilot.
We recorded the partner badges and award claims on each agency's site where our research noted them.
My Amazon Guy, beBOLD Digital (a TikTok certified-partner badge), Blue Wheel (an accredited TikTok Shop Partner claim and a Skai partner listing) and Booscala (award claims on its site).
Blue Wheel's Clutch profile is unclaimed with 0 reviews, and Booscala had no Clutch or Trustpilot profile we could find. The other two have Trustpilot reviews: My Amazon Guy 495, beBOLD Digital 1.
Trivium Group shows four 2025 Clutch award badges. Two research files read an empty profile under a similar name that belongs to a different company; its own profile shows 5.0 from 41. BellaVix shows a 2024 Clutch badge and has 34 reviews. Check the profile, not the badge.
Every case where two of our records, or an agency's own claim and its profile, gave different figures.
Two files read clutch.co/profile/trivium-group as "not reviewed"; a third file identifies that profile as a different Houston web firm. The Amazon agency's profile shows 5.0 from 41. We kept 41.
Clutch did not load in two files and showed 5.0 from 73 in a third. Its own site claims 4.9 across 280+ verified reviews. We kept 73.
Trustpilot showed 495. The review widget on its own homepage showed 470 the same day. We kept 495, read from Trustpilot itself.
Trustpilot showed 32 in one file and 31 in a later one; we kept 31. Its Clutch profile shows 0.5 from 2, beside 4.4 on Trustpilot.
One file found no Clutch profile under "AMZDUDES"; another loaded it at 5.0 from 4. We kept 4.
Its site claims 4.9 across 48 client reviews. We found no public profile with those reviews.
Its site self-reports 4.87 from 55 ratings; its Clutch profile is unclaimed with 0 reviews. Self-reported ratings are not in the totals.
Most of its 13 Clutch reviews name eSpark rather than AmpliSell.

WebFX and Thrive have large Clutch counts across every channel they sell. Ask how many of those clients bought Amazon work, and read only those reviews.
Eleven agencies here show a perfect Clutch 5.0, several from fewer than ten reviews. A small perfect score tells you the agency's best clients were happy. Ask for two references the agency did not pick from its Clutch page.
A small agency with no profile may simply never have asked. That is a reason to ask for case studies with named brands and numbers, not an automatic no.
Reviews mostly describe communication and responsiveness. For results, ask for a case study with the brand's name, the dates and the before-and-after figures, then check the listing yourself.
At that size, fees take a large share of margin no matter how many reviews an agency has. Fix the listing yourself first and hire when the numbers justify it.
Evolve Media Agency's reviews live on our reviews page, which shows testimonials from named clients. Results with numbers are on our case studies page.
We did not give ourselves a count on this page. The testimonials on our reviews page are not a third-party count, and we did not record any directory profile of ours on October 22, 2026 with the same method we used for the other 49 agencies. Any number we printed would be one we could not verify the way we verified theirs, so we left it out. If review counts matter to your decision, ask us on the call and we will show you every profile live.
