The Brand Story is the swipeable carousel under "From the brand" on an Amazon listing. You build it once and it can run on every ASIN in your catalog. Here is what it is, what Amazon allows, what we deliver for $595, how the work runs, and when you should not buy it.
Short answer
Evolve Media Agency designs Amazon Brand Story carousels for $595, usually covering 7 to 10 cards, paid 100% upfront. The Brand Story is a carousel under "From the brand" on your listings that tells who you are and links shoppers to your other products and your Brand Store. Amazon allows up to 19 cards (it calls them modules) from 4 types, with images at 362 by 453 pixels. One Brand Story can run across your whole catalog, alongside Basic or Premium A+. The price includes copy, one revision round, the compliance check and submission if you give us access.

Amazon splits A+ content into two kinds. The first is the enhanced product description: Basic A+ or Premium A+, built for one product or a small group. Amazon's guide places Basic A+ under "Product description." The second is brand content, which is the Brand Story. Amazon describes it this way: share your brand's story, values and mission across all of your product listings. It also drives traffic to your brand with links to your Brand Store and other products in your catalog (sell.amazon.com, A+ Content).
On the listing it shows under a heading that reads "From the brand." Shoppers swipe through it sideways, one card at a time. On our A+ design page we call it the one piece of A+ worth building once and reusing across the whole catalog. That is the main reason to buy it: one design job covers every ASIN you attach it to.

Up to 19 modules (cards) per project, chosen from 4 module types. For comparison, Basic A+ allows 5 modules from 14 types and Premium A+ allows 7 from 19. Same source.
362 by 453 pixels, a tall card shape. Basic and Premium modules use varied sizes; the Brand Story is the one with a single published size in Amazon's guide. Same source.
Amazon says only one enhanced product description type can be live on a listing at a time, meaning Basic or Premium. The Brand Story is brand content, a separate type, so it sits on the same listing as either one.
Your Brand Store and other products in your catalog. That makes it the part of the listing that sends a shopper sideways into the rest of your range instead of back to search.
Amazon says A+ is free for eligible sellers: a Professional selling account and a Brand Representative or Reseller role on a brand enrolled in Brand Registry. Our A+ page adds that Brand Registry requires a trademark. Amazon charges nothing to publish it; you pay a designer for the work.
Amazon's public guide gives the card count, types and image size, not a word limit per card; text limits show in A+ Content Manager as you build. Our free Brand Story module guide covers the layouts.
These are the same prices as our pricing page. Every package is paid 100% upfront. ACH is the normal price; paying by card adds 3.5%. There is no retainer and no long-term contract. The Brand Story is listed on its own line and as an add-on to the A+ tiers.

Each card as a flattened image at Amazon's exact size, the source files, alt text for each image, and the headline and body copy in a document. This is the delivery list from our A+ design page.
We write the card headlines and text from your reviews and competitor research. You do not need to supply words, only approve them.
We design from your existing photos if they are high resolution and cover what the cards need. If they do not, we tell you before starting and quote the photography separately, from $295 for 5 images.
Our A+ design work runs 3 to 5 weeks from the brief to Amazon-ready files, including the one revision round. Amazon's own review after submission usually takes a few business days.
Brand Story $595 plus Gold $595 is $1,190 for 7 to 10 Brand Story cards, 5 main image designs and 5 Premium A+ designs. Brand Story plus Silver is $1,090. These are simple sums of the listed prices; there is no bundle discount.
The Brand Story follows the same six steps as the rest of our A+ design work. The difference is that the brief is about the brand, not one product, so the review mining looks across your whole catalog.
You send one ASIN and tell us which products you sell. We look at the listing live, check whether a Brand Story is already running, and tell you whether it is worth building now or whether something else on the listing should come first.
We read your reviews, your competitors' reviews and your current listing. The goal is the three or four things customers say about your brand in their own words. Those become the headlines on the cards.
We set the order of the carousel: who you are, why the product is different, what proof you have, and where the shopper should go next in your catalog. The plan usually runs 7 to 10 cards, inside Amazon's limit of 19.
Cards are designed at Amazon's Brand Story image size of 362 by 453 pixels, with the headlines and short body text written for them. You review once, and one round of revisions is included. Extra rounds are $100 an hour.
Every card is checked against Amazon's A+ rules before it goes in: no pricing or promotional language, no unsupported claims, no contact details, no competitor names, and text sized to read on a phone.
You get each card as an image at the exact size, the source files, alt text for each image and the copy in a document. We can submit it through your Seller Central and attach it to your ASINs, or hand you the files to upload. If Amazon rejects a card, we fix it and resubmit at no charge.
These are worked examples of how we plan a carousel, written out in words. They are illustrations of the method, not client work, and the brands are made up. Our default order starts the same way every time: a founder or origin card, then what makes the product different, then a catalog card that cross-links your other ASINs.
Card 1 is the founder photo with one line on why the brand exists. Card 2 shows where ingredients come from. Card 3 covers how products are tested, stated as facts the brand can support, with no health claims. Cards 4 to 7 each show one product family with a short line on who it is for. Card 8 is a "shop the range" card that links to the Brand Store. One carousel, attached to all 12 ASINs.
Card 1 is a lifestyle shot of the full set in use. Card 2 is the design detail customers mention most in reviews, such as the handle or the material. Cards 3 to 6 show each tool with its job in plain words. Card 7 shows the products stored together. Card 8 links to the other three tools, so someone looking at the spatula sees the rest.
Card 1 states the brand's promise in one sentence. Cards 2 and 3 show the original best seller and what reviewers say about it, in the brand's words, not quoted ratings. Cards 4 and 5 introduce the new category as "from the same brand." Cards 6 to 8 cover materials, the team and a link to the Brand Store. The goal is to carry trust from the old product to the new one.
Each card answers one question: who is this company, why this product, can I trust it, and what else do they make. Text is short and large enough to read on a phone. Nothing on a card mentions price, a sale, a guarantee claim Amazon would reject, or another brand.
A Brand Story needs a brand enrolled in Brand Registry, which needs a trademark. Get that filed first. A designer cannot publish content you are not allowed to publish.
The value of a Brand Story is that one design covers many listings and sends shoppers to your other products. With a single ASIN, there is nowhere to send them. Put the money into the main image or Premium A+ first.
The Brand Story sits below the fold. If shoppers do not click your listing in search, nothing further down the page will fix it. Start with the main image and title.
A+ content of any kind moves conversion by a few percentage points. On a low-traffic ASIN that is a handful of orders. Our A+ page says the same: spend the $595 on getting traffic first.
A Brand Story built from stock images or rough renders looks like it. If the product has never been photographed properly, do that first.
If your Brand Story is live, reads on a phone and links to the rest of your range, test one change at a time before paying for a new one. Our free guide covers how to audit what you have.
