One Shoot, Two Endings
No external URLs on a Shop-linked account
TikTok prohibits mentioning an outside URL (spoken, on screen, in the caption, or in the bio) on accounts linked to a Shop. Our YouTube content ends on a spoken domain. So every video is shot once and cut twice: the TikTok version ends on the product card, the YouTube version ends on the domain burned into the last frame.
Scripts that pass compliance on the first read
Hook first, name a beat later, straight value, then the follow line and the free offers. Under three minutes. No AI-sounding phrases, no comment bait, every sentence carries a fact. The compliance list above is applied to the script before filming so nothing has to be re-shot.
Freebies as the off-TikTok bridge
Because the shop account cannot link out, the brand's YouTube and blog point to a freebies hub (kids' coloring books with life lessons, a family skin guide, and the brand's own music) that captures email. The email list is the asset TikTok cannot take away. Background in 7 TikTok Shop strategies.
Ads: GMV Max, and a door that closed
We run GMV Max campaigns for the shop. The custom Video Shopping Ads path closed to us on September 1, 2026, so GMV Max is the campaign type we scale. It hides most of the levers; the work is product selection, ROI targets, and feeding it enough video. See the paid amplification framework.
