Photography projects typically deliver within 10-15 business days from when we receive your product. Video projects are 10-15 business days. AI content packs that don’t require a new shoot deliver in 5-7 business days.
What do I need to provide before a shoot?
Ship us your product. We take care of the rest — props, styling, locations, and creative direction. Before every shoot, we send a creative brief for your review so you can approve the direction before we start shooting.
Do you work with brands that have multiple SKUs or a large catalog?
Yes. We’ve built custom projects for brands with 20+ SKUs. Multi-SKU pricing is scoped specifically rather than using standard package rates — see our pricing page for individual package rates, or book a strategy call for catalog project pricing.
Do you do listing optimization beyond photography?

What is AI product photography?
AI product photography uses your real product images as source material, then uses AI generation to create additional lifestyle images, model shots, and scene variations — without additional shoots. It’s a way to dramatically increase your image volume and variety from a single photography investment.
Can AI-generated images be used on Amazon listings?
Yes, provided they accurately represent the product and meet Amazon’s image requirements. We review every AI-generated image for compliance before delivery. Main images must be real photography — AI generation is used for secondary and lifestyle images.
How does the real-photo-to-AI workflow work?

How many AI images can I get from one shoot?
Our Bronze AI Pack generates 5 AI images, Silver generates 15, and Gold generates 20. Custom projects can scale further. All packages start with real white background photography as the source.

How do I ship my product to you?
We provide full shipping instructions when you book a project. For US clients, standard ground shipping works fine. For Canada and UK clients, we provide guidance on international shipping — most products arrive without issue.
Do you work with Amazon sellers in the UK and Canada?
Yes. We work with Amazon sellers across the US, Canada, the UK, and other international markets. Our workflow is fully remote and we’ve successfully served clients across all of these regions.
How is the project managed remotely?
All projects are managed through email and our project management workflow. You receive a creative brief to approve before we start, regular updates at key milestones, and a final delivery package with all files organized and ready to upload.
What file formats do you deliver?
All images are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs formatted and sized to Amazon’s exact technical specifications. Video files are delivered as MP4 at 1080p. We can also provide raw files or additional formats on request.
